Every woman has a common dream during her young days that is to get amazing long hair like the fairy queen Rapunzel. But, alas! the dream does not come true. Today’s women are irritated by losing their hair frequently. Many of the youngsters are frustrated with their going to be bald head. But, I have brought a list of various natural remedies to you.
Foods: First of all we need to have a look into our diet chart and food intake. We must keep the foods are beneficial for hair health in our meals. Foods those strengthen hair root are:
Hot oil massage:
Hot oil massage in the scalp is very effective to prevent hair loss. Take coconut oil or olive oil in a bowl as per your need. You can take other hair oil also. Warm the bowl on gas. Now lightly massage it into your scalp. Leave for overnight. Next day do shampoo and rinse your hair with cold water. Massage hot oil therapy is introduced from Egypt from the era of queen Cleopatra. Massaging would increase the blood flow in the brain cells causes to grow new hair and strengthen hair root.
Terminate using chemical products and stylers:
The principal antagonist of hair is increasing use of hair chemical products. We use the artificial color that ruins our hair slowly. Some of us have inborn curl hair. To make hair straight artificially we use straightening cream or hair straightener very often. These artificial straightening products start to decay the hair roots. As much as you use artificial products to your hair, the root of your hair gets destroyed. Stop all these if you want to protect your adorable hair.
Usage of natural products:
Without going with artificial products, grab the naturals. Natural products are the best for nourishing your hair as well as have no side effects. Some effective natural hair packs are given below:
Coconut milk: Apply coconut milk on your scalp. Leave for 30-40 minutes. Rinse with cold water. You can buy raw coconut milk from a shop, or make it at the house by grinding coconut and squeezing milk from it.
Egg: Egg is a very necessary protein for your hair either by eating or by applying on the scalp. Apply egg on the scalp. Rinse with water after 30 minutes.
Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera is an excellent herb for hair as well as for skin. Extract the pulp from the aloe leaves. Rub on the scalp in a circular motion for proper blood circulation. Leave for 45 minutes and wash your hair with cold water.
Gooseberry: Mince gooseberry into small pieces. Take some coconut water or you can use as per your choice. Add the pieces into the oil and boil it until a thick solution is not prepared. Apply on hair. Leave overnight. Rinse with cold or lukewarm water.
Exercises: If you really want to stop hair loss, just go with exercises. You can do yoga or pranayama. Yogas like plow pose, solder stand, pranayamas like belly breathing is very effective to prevent weight loss. Yoga is very efficient to treat hormonal imbalance, which is a root cause of hair loss.
Stress:
At the end, I would suggest you all, stay away from mental stress. At present most of us remain in mental pressure due to our work life and personal life as well. It is a principal cause of hair loss. If you have a severe stress related problem, then have a suggestion of psychiatrists.

Thank you so much for these useful post. I had alopecia areata before so I had injections and some creams placed on my bald patches. So far, they were fully covered after one and a half years.
But reading your post, I think I will try the onion, since after 30 minutes or more, I can shampoo it.
The coconut milk is easy to do too. I will also like to try the raw egg on my hair. I want to have a stronger hair so the falling hair will stop or lessen.
By the way, do you know how often should we do this?
