This is the third episode of the series my favorite Incidents on cricket field. Moving on so the New day has come, it’s the Final of the T 20 world cup 2007, and it’s like a dream final with India taking on Pakistan, India have already beaten Pakistan already in the round robins stage but the pressure of Final is making it a lot difficult for both the teams to match the excitement of final and play with the hopes of millions and trillions of people. India were batting first but Pakistan bowled very well and Umar Gul was an exception and he bowled really well and Indian made a reasonable score but now Pakistan has the upper hand and they need only 7.5 runs per over to win the inaugural T 20 world cup 2007. India need to have some quick wickets in start of the Pakistani batting so that India can put pressure on them and then the Run rate will increase and put more pressure on the players to come to bat. And that’s what both S Kumara Srisant and R P Singh does, they both pick quick wickets and put pressure on Pakistani team and now India has upper hand, but Pakistani has some very great and gifted batsman who can bat so well and that is what has happened, Misba ul haq has batted his heart out and now he is taking Pakistan to its victory over India in the finals of the world cup. But what dhoni did, Paksitan just need some runs only in the final over and he has assigned the duties of bowling the final over to Joginder sharma and not to experienced harbhajan Singh, but Joginder sharma has proved his worth as well in previous over’s bowling the death over’s. But everyone’s heart stop pumping for a moment when Pakistan has only one wicket in hand and only a hit away for victory but Misba ul haq played a shot behind the wickets in the air but to the delight of Indian team and supporters and anger of Pakistan team and supporters , S kumara Srikant has caught the ball and now Pakistan has lost the match and India are the winners of the Inaugural Cricket World cup 2007. This is such a proud moment.
