Benefits of Having Salad on Daily Basis

We all like to have Salad and it’s also very Good for health and it even makes the meal we have tastier and more delicious and we feel full as well with the satisfaction we had by having it.

I do like to have salad on daily basis and I like it simple and I like it that way only. What I do is I have carrot, tomatoes, onions, cucumber. I can cut them in small slices and sprinkle salt, black pepper and also lemon juice and then it tastes very nice and its very very good health as well.

In this way we can have all the required nutrients for our body and it is very much desired that we should have salad in all seasons but if its summers then its highly required cause it helps in making our fluid levels at sufficient and also energizes us for the day to day challenges thrown on us.

I have seen many people use many types of sauces and other things like they have chicken salad and many other things like that but I never liked them. For me it should be simple and healthy as well and if I am having the dal’s I mean the pulses then having some salad is a necessity and we have learned these things from our Ancestors that we should have Salad on daily basis, as it would not only tastes well but it have many health benefits as well. Many celebrities even took salad as their diet only cause it’s not at all fatty and very good for health and I have even read somewhere that with the help of salads our immunity increases and if some we have tomatoes on daily basis then it helps in curing any fertilization diseases as well, so these simple things make our life happy and healthy cause no one can become happy if it does not have Good health and good health can be achieved by following the Good ways to eat.

    • My favorite dressing for my salad is the vinaigrette where it will not make you add fat to your body. Some dressings are with mayonnaise and cheese so they can still be fattening.

      I like also just putting vinaigrette in my salad of cucumber, lettuce, pineapple slices and sometimes with olives. So yummy.
