High Blood Pressure Myths Exposed

Ignorance of health excuses no one. Those ignorant about their health would have a fact come real that ignorance could even kill you. This is so because there are many misconceptions about high blood pressure, and this is a case where ignorance is definitely not bliss. That is why it might kill you. You have to be thankful for there are plenty of natural ways to gain control of your high blood pressure. And even prevent it altogether. And you will also find out more about these natural solutions a bit later after defeating ignorance.

There are doctors that want to clear up some unnecessary confusion surrounding high blood pressure. The doctors are going to dispel five myths about it once and for all.

When you reach 40, you can surely say that people ahead of you were right that life begins at forty. From this starting point of your age, you will definitely experience many ill – feelings in your body. These ill feelings might be the result of your yesterday’s abuses of your body and health.

The following are the myths the doctors want to dispel for your knowledge.

  1. It is no big deal

This means to say that the problem with high blood pressure according to doctors, initially, do not have symptoms. Why say no big deal and no feeling bad, it is because you do not feel bad, so how could anything be wrong? But by the time you do feel symptoms there could already be significant damage which is too bad and the feeling would surely be bad.

When your blood flow begins to push too hard against your blood vessels, it leads to damage of your heart, kidneys, and other organs in your body. High blood pressure will thus become a very big deal. This is a very sad reality, what if it attacks you in a place far from your home. There is no one to help you much more than a family does.

  1. There is No Good Treatment

Many people feel there is nothing they can do about their high blood pressure. But nothing could be further from the truth. But if you follow a sensible plan, you can manage your high blood pressure. You have so see your medic for the best possible way to overcome blood pressure. You need to ask your medic if your blood pressure could go back to its normal flow.

  1. A Little High Blood Pressure is OK

Doctors would surely tell you that when you take your blood pressure readings there are two numbers, one on top and one on bottom. The top number indicates the amount of pressure in your arteries during heart muscle contraction. The bottom number tells you your blood pressure when your heart muscle is between beats.

Normal readings are: 119 or below for the top number and 79 or below for the bottom number. Some people believe that as long as one of these numbers is normal, you are fine, yet that is not the case. If either of these numbers is above normal, you should do something right away. Do not waste your time. You have to go to your family doctor to prevent future occurrences when your blood rises above the normal level. That makes you sad and your mind works differently for some fears about your sickness. It is simply because this sickness high blood pressure is a traitor. It strikes any time, and in any place.

  1. It is Difficult to Treat

Most people think that treating high blood pressure requires giving up all your favorite foods, engaging in some crazy exercise plan, or taking dangerous and expensive drugs. This is true. You need extra patience. At first, it will be hard fo you to adjust your food . You cannot anymore eat those foods that trigger high blood pressure to go up below its level. It is hard to deal to be attacked with stroke and other bad occurrences. You have to decide now while your blood pressure is still in its normal level if eat foods that trigger blood pressure to rise to abnormal level.

While you do need to make changes to get your blood pressure under control, those changes do not have to be difficult or unpleasant. There are plenty of natural ways to take control of high blood pressure. Just follow your doctor’s advice.

    • My husband takes maintenance medicine for high blood. It runs in their blood , so my hubby always takes it.
      Sometimes, though he can feel that he is having high blood when his nape aches and he feels dizzy. So, the doctor had the dosage increased thus, he is now confident that along with not eating fatty foods he eatsfishand veggies. He complains when we would successivelyfor day eat meat. Though , he really takes out the fats of the meats .
      I am glad I don't have high blood. Sometimes it would even go as low as 110/60. But most of the time my BP is 110 /80. :)

    • @Dina, I have blogs here very helpful for your husband to heal his blood pressure.It is not good to always take maintaining medicine for it still trigger the blood to rise. What is required of him to normalize his blood pressure is to eat without salt and sugar. I have just recently posted what to take to normalize the blood pressure. I may send it to you.

      Your husband requires to stay in a quite place, noise triggers blood to rise and more.There is a veggie I discovered that helps restore normal blood pressure the : garbanzos" . I do not know the Tagalog of this veggie. I also do not know if this is its English word hehehehe.If you know this , buy this and cook for your husband.

    • Those whose blood soars like crazy hehehe, the best thing to do is do not ear foods with much sugar, much salt. Also do not sleep late, avoid volume sounds at home, stop negativity, stop blaming yourself. Also, always talk to God and ask His miracle to normalize your blood pressure. Hyper persons are always having bad temper, so when you to office,eat less so your blood won't trigger to rise.Thanks for reading should there bejreaders,lols.
