Some Businesses Good To Open In Your Locality

There are people that are inclined to business. I was one of them. At my young age, I already dreamed to become rich through a business I sighted from those who already started. But life is not kind to me for until this time the businesses that I want to venture and explore never come true hehehe, so sad reality and the reasons for that are time and capital. I thought before that few thousands could be enough to open up a business of my own I envy others who have nice, elegant and expensive cars. Though I can drive a car, but it is my long dream to have the latest car every time I desire to buy a new one. It sounds weird but you cannot blame me for to dream is free and to have a goal set in life is what matters most to attain every inch of it.

The first business that I want to start was buying and selling of bananas by ton to Manila. Why I like this because I always see trucks loaded with bananas and when I asked some old folks they told me they are for delivery to Manila piers for customers waited them unloaded in cargo vans. I went to pier and ask how much was the bill of lading .It was just a fine price, but I was too young at that time, age 19 and do not have some sources as to who would supply me the green bananas that originate from other regions in Mindanao. That was so funny adventure that did not come true. You try this; you might be capable on this kind of business. Just seek for a business permit and go to pier to ask how much is per van of bananas this time. Before, I was told that the profit per van was 12,000 hehehe. OMG, that business is good for men or husband and wife teamwork.

The next business that I wanted to operate was to Franchise a Lotto outlet. I applied for it and it took me 3 years to know that my application was disapproved because the Lotto outlet was not done in my home but in others’ home far from my location. They never allow at that time of application Lotto franchise office renting in other place or home owners place. I felt so frustrated about the disapproval. Should you like this business, the office location is not anymore in your city, but in Cebu city and the show money is not anymore 300,000 but half a million and bring with you, your sketch plan, bank certification that you deposited in that bank the required amount, supporting ID’s, income tax and letter of intention addresses to the head of the Philippines Sweepstakes office in Cebu city. That will be fine and those who prospered they profited a lot.Only 25% will be remitted to PCSO as the royalty fee, the rest to you. They will be the one to supply you with Lotto cards, to install the Lotto machine and if there are winners, 50,000 up price will be claimed in the head office Manila or Cebu and below that amount, in your outlet. The good side of it is, when there is zero winner, all income go to you. There is risk by the way, but there is none on earth that is safe this time, if you do not take good care of yourself.

The next business I dreamed of is to franchise Jollibee hehehe which was 5 million franchised fees that time and I do not have a million, hehehe. It was just a dream by the way. The other business that has less a million in capital is to operate a Chicken Ala Carte. I interviewed one chicken ala carte operator and he told me that their chicken supplier was Magnolia and I have to apply business permit in our city Hall, apply permit at Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the expiry of application is five years. But I was not able to make it because my business partner who was my ex boyfriend cheated me. That was the reason why I did not push through that business. You may push through that business for me, Yay. Hehehe.

Foremost, it is teaching that I prioritized after those failed businesses; though I still have in mind to have a business of my own for a change. You may try the businesses that I mentioned here. Who knows you like one among those mentioned in this post and succeed?
