Nowadays you can never expect stability of your job unless employed in a government office, company, department or school. In fact, despite employed in any of the above mentioned offices, still no guarantee to work until retirement. The only cause is , if you commit an administrative case, but if not, there is surety of your life during retirement.
If you are employed in a private company, office, department, establishment, school and even in a multi-level company, there is no guarantee of a smooth flow of your employment. In case it happens, you will have a hard time to cope with life’s financial needs if you will be among employees to retire early. There are so many people in the world being advised to retire early for their employer cannot anymore sustain the needs of their employees. Those retrenched will receive some amount equivalent to the number of years of their service. It will be a terrifying moment for you are not yet in the retirement age, yet almost to retire in few years and no more companies to hire over age applicants.
Though there are private companies that hire retirees, but the work assigned to them would be managerial position, yet there are risks and conditions usually set by the company and that is to reach the quota. Usually those separated from their previous employment would land as sales agent, insurance broker, underwriter, which they have not experienced in their life and this moment of time where money is so important to pay the bills and foods, there is a need to try to venture to a newly met source of living. There are so many individuals that prosper in the insurance companies to all sorts of insurance for many people must cover their properties to avoid penalty and risk should you have a car and meet an accident. Who will shoulder all your expenses, the insuring company of your car?
There are so many banks closed and all employees cry in sudden loss of income. There are also many Pre-need companies closed and their life plan holders are all in the highest form of rage because they cannot anymore get back their contributions. There are so many offices that declared bankruptcy and employees stirred in panic especially of some of them are bread winners in their family. What a hard life you would face. But, never be afraid for as long as you have the right education and connection, you won’t be left behind. There are so many helping hands to help you as long as you won’t choose a job offered to you. As long as you can make it, accept it. At first, it will be awkward, but as days go by and the spirit you would have to learn is willing to fight, and then there is no reason why cannot master a task newly meet.
That is life we have to fight for. As long as we live, there are problems that we always encounter, but no matter how hard, we could still find ways and remedies to let hope shine again for another chance for a better living. Look at the worms that crawl to the ground, they never stop searching for food to feed their hunger. Look at the birds, they fly in flock to go to a promising place with their wings reaching the probable location where abundant of foods are found to serve their hunger. How much more to humans gifted with intellect, so there is no worry to be jobless this time? Time comes, a job will be offered to you.

There are many jobless this time and the reasons are so numerous and varied according to the personal encounter of the job seeker. There are also many having been employed for many years, yet landed to despair because of their company that loses gain and customers, so no choice but to shut down or retrench many employees.
I have so many friends that became jobless after their school was sold to other schools.Though they receive separation pay , but the pay cannot sustain for years unlike if having a job, there is always money in time of need. It is a very sickening reality if by click of a second you become jobless, so money less too. How could you enjoy such situation if your mind keeps on wandering the where to go and what to apply especially if you are at the time of retrenchment 45 years old. The comonay is very bad if just close a company like that having many put to a hanging situation.
I can't agree more. There are so many fellow men in our country cannot sustain life after retirement. It would be nice if they can find a feasible business. Since some people who are in the stage of retirement feel unproductive without doing anything.
@Shavkat, Yes freind, you are right I also noticed that in our city, bu after few years, I aw them working in an insurance companies and others open up a small store so there is something for them to b busy about especially those who are not used to have no work. If we have work and and if it happens that we have a very long vacation, we noticed that our body longs for what we used to.
