We all like arts despite no talent but we can still acquire it through practice like painting. In the past , there was no direct medium the artists used , so they rely on organic pigments from trees, fruits, flowers, vegetables. That is how when a man is gifted with ability in painting. Before it was done, drawing is made as rough draft of panting. It was so impossible to think that you can paint using pigments, but that was what the artists were doing in the past to exhaust and satisfy their feeling to express what is on their mind and heart.
Painting requires space that is why, it s called visual. One can see the work of an artist despite not so near because of the space provided by the artists to their canvass, cloth or board. The famous painters or artists Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci had started to use pigments in their first painting before their government, scientists and experts supported them. Painting requires medium and that is color. Medium color is what adds glory and beauty to painting. By the way, the results of painting using pigment and using water color are different.
Pigments are real, produce from nature, an if you add water onto it, the result is, it does not easily get dry; whereas , if no water added pure pigment, the result is so awesome, real and you can smell the odor of the organic materials from veggies , leaves of trees and others. I suggest you to use veggie for they are rich of pigments.
There are different types of medium used by artists depending on their choice like water color, acrylic, tempera, fresco, oil and others. Before they start designing, they prepare their drawing first with medium pencil or lead. The works of the artists are based from nature like man, lovely flowers, captivating views and others related to nature, so awesome. For beginners they may use pigments then shift to water color using the bond paper , then to shift to illustration board at least 1/4 size of it
In sculpture, you also need materials to sculpture and the medium is mass. Sculpture has three dimensional parts like gold, bronze, silver. You can also sculpture the following: balloon, soap clay, metal, tire wires, sand, ice, snow, steel bars and paper. If you are handling an art course in school, try or let your students perform this. The result is so awesome. The learners too, feel excited.
I will show you here some arts work from an Art Gallery Exhibit there in Auckland when I toured there last October 12 to November 13, 2016. And I will also display here artworks of my college students during the painting contest held last first semester 2016.

I cannot believe that my students could come with this result.At their young minds usually ages 17 and 18m they are already talented, that is why despite we cannot draw and paint m but we could acquire this through constant practice using our imagination.Imagination is very important in the acquisition of talents and skills.
Art is surely appreciated by all; non-artist and the artist themselves. Art can come in many ways, like painting, architecture, dancing, and others. As they said, it is an expression of feelings. That is why as you have said, your young students came up with a good output, which is in fact, is really true. I can see in those photos how artistic they are.
Youngsters nowadays is said to be discoverers, that is why their knowledge about things like arts are non-limited despite their young age.
As being observed, young people are more expressive when it comes to art than the old ones. I said it so because old folks commonly follows the early form of art while young ones follows what the trend of art is.
That is true, they can discover their potential through the help of their teacher. These students are also the students of my co-teacher in English 54 Arts m, Culture and Literature subject. Young people may only discover their hidden potential in a classroom where there is a chance for them to exhaust their hidden talent in painting.
