Introducing Foods Best For Your Brain

As you reach old age you cannot avoid feeling sad and worry. There will be many things that come to your mind. You might think if your brain I still active or gradually declining. But studies always prove that as you age, health declines and so with our body system. What is worst is if the brain is affected with Parkinson’s disease or Dementia? If you are affected with PD, it means that there is a part in the brain that has brain cell dead.

I learned this from my foreigner friend. Before he was diagnosed as having a PD, the doctors saw there somewhere in his brain a dead brain cell as big as mongo bean. At first the doctor saw only one and he told the patient that it won’t grow bigger and only time tell if in case it grows some length. So sad, for after one year, his dead brain cell became three and they are  signs of Parkinson’s disease. The doctors should have diagnosed him right away before that dead cell added with two dead cells. There are doctors that lack common sense. It seems some lack expertise.

Because of the many adherents to brain become forgetful or dementia, many opt to do research as to the kinds of foods they have to take to avoid the occurrence of Parkinson’s disease. So, Parkinson is a disease that cannot be cured. Though it is not fatal, but what makes it worse is, its complications like body parts from below the waist line, extreme pain felt by the patient, some speech loss and memory loss. So while still not having this, hopefully never to us all, let us still protect the brain that we all have to avoid regrets someday.

So, I have gathered data as the foods best protections for your brain to avoid memory loss and other complicated diseases to brain. These are the following:

Its enlightening and educative its also life saving in the sense that when you get to read sucj articles they give you knowledge and you get to learn something new about your health that you never knew. I personally take health issues quite serious, i often think if i can avoid going to the hospital because of nutrition then why not, its actually better than taking foods that will harm your body and get you to hospital.i wish there was another alternative to olive oil, because its so expensive. But again you have to make sacrifices in order to get something good right? This is an eye opener and a keeper too.
