It Is A Must To Eat Tomatoes, Never Ignore Should You Want Healthy Body

Many are afraid to eat tomatoes. Many also do not like their taste. It is not the taste that matters, but the glory tomatoes hide inside and outside their shell. From the color of a tomato alone, one can justify that when you eat it, your check will also follow the same color of the tomato, rosy and always in full bloom. What do you notice to a tomato? It is reddish that is an indication that it is so nutritious. You cannot see any living thing alive, but pale. Only the living things like humans do and the vegetables and fruits are the best sources for the humans to have a cheerful look.

This simply explains the reasons behind we call the benefits you can get from eating tomatoes. You have to try. Like me, I never liked to eat tomatoes. I only liked them when I toured in New Zealand. I learned to eat vegetables there of different kinds. Others I do not recognize, why because some of them are not found in the country where I live, Philippines. We raise some crops, plants, veggies and fruits according to our culture and climate. There are vegetables that do not grow in a country like ours always hot.

Well, let us go back to the issue why force yourself to eat tomatoes. They can be cooked in many ways. One content of a tomato is lycopene, best source for the cleaning of your skin so your skin will always glow and healthy. It is required of you to consume 1 pieces of tomatoes, peel them and then place the tomato skins on your face, neck. Leave them for 20 minutes then wash for a minimum of en minutes.

Tomatoes are great protectors of your immune system and fight back them. They can protect you to get sick of cancer. Tomatoes contain high level of lycopene that could help or protect you in many ways. The more lycopene they would produce should you cook them. Try not to overcook them though.

Tomatoes could also make your bones and teeth stronger. They are also rich in calcium good for the bones and teeth. Your teeth will never fall when you are old. They are also rich in antioxidants that fight radicals. You can surely be having a very strong body if maintain the habit of eating tomatoes, I notice it to myself. I have very strong teeth and bones simply because I started eating tomatoes when I was a child. I just eat them raw.

    • I eat raw and cooked tomatoes.I also make tomato juice and sauce. If you eat tomatoes you notice that your skin glows , your teeth get stronger and so with your hair. These vegetables are superior, so small yet they show indication through their color alone that they contain lycopene good substance to protect some radicals that may enter onto your body creating bad sicknesses.
      try to eat this time,It is never late. You might have eaten them several times a week and that will be very good for your eyes will not get any harm for the lycopene they contain also protect your eyes.

      They are not hard to find. They are abound in your super markets and even in public markets.

    • Tomatoes are truly good for your body. And you can find them in many foods, a lot of foods actually. I love tomatoes and rice. Tomatoes are good for your blood tissues, your heart, and like you mention your immune system. This sucks when it comes to my mother because she can't eat but so many of them. Tomatoes breaks her skibg out really bad. But she loves them. I enjoy having a mayo sand which with tomatoes salt and pepper on them. Can you say delicious.

    • I remember when I was a younger kid I used to love eating tomatoes. I used to like them when they are frozen so I would peel them then eat they tasted so yummy. Tell me to do that now it's like torture. I used to eat them so much not knowing of what benefits they were to my body. This is a good article I never knew that tomatoes have so many benefits. I never knew that it is rich I vitamin S at least now am aware and I know where else to get my vitamins apart from the green leafy vegetables thanks for sharing very informative indeed.

Tomatoes can also make your face baby looking. You will also have rosy check. Let your kids eat the every day you will see them having rosy checks.You know what, I also have very strong nails hands and feet and sometimes I cannot just them if I like to cut.They are so strong and hard to cut with just a small nail cutter. Sometimes, I hire a manicurist just to trim my nails both hands and feet. I cannot manage to cut them by myself. That proves the great benefit of tomatoes. Try them too to your face. I makes our face looks so clean we could really feel our face clean, clear and lovely. That is how wonderful tomatoes are to humans, but other humans prefer alcoholic drinks and drugs,lol. they must know to enjoy life to the fullest and live too long.
