I am not talking about a ‘house husband’, or a man who finds himself in a situation where he can’t find a job. I am writing about people, men, who set their lives to find and exploit women. Men, whose profession is that of a gigolo or rentadread or, more recently, what I call a Bungaboy.
In early days, an older women would virtually ‘buy’ a younger man as an escort. Whether he had bedroom privileges is open to debate, but he was there to be her companion, to get her drinks, light her cigarettes, drive the car, open the door.
Gigolo
The term gigolo came into use after World War II when many American women went to live in Italy so cheaply that they were virtually rich. They’d find a young and hungry man who had nothing, and groom him. She would teach him impeccable manners. Many of these men passed from one woman to another, so by the time they were no longer young they were on the fringe of society and might marry a woman of some status.
Beachboys and Rentadreads
The islands of the Caribbean has always had beach boys. Barbados was the capital of the beach boy. He was a decent young man who hung around hotels, and would cater to the older woman. She would feed and cloth him for the time of her visit, then move on, sometimes passing him to a friend.
He never expected more than a two or three week all expense paid interlude, and might actually have an office job.
Jamaica adopted this pattern in a slightly different manner. During the Summer there was a music festival called Sunsplash.
Foreign women, fascinated by RastafarI would want one of these exotics. Men grew locks to catch the tourist dollar, and five would join together, take a booth at Sunsplash to sell handicrafts, and themselves.
They would hang around Montego Bay at Sunsplash time, five banding together to take a booth and sell handicrafts and themselves. In a fairly short time, many would locate themselves at or around hotels, as their Bajan counterparts, and were always ready for any available female.
Some were ambitious. They wanted the VISA. They would pretend love so as to get the female to marry them, and import them to America.
The Bungaboy
Successful local women, who had been in and out of various relationships, were sick and tired of the average Jamaican man. His lying, his unfaithfulness, his tricks, made them reluctant to ever get involved again.
Like the older woman who took up the younger male companion, local women take up what I call Bungaboys.
These are man, uneducated, unsophisticated, not particularly intelligent. The woman selects them because it would be difficult for any kind of affection exist, for him to gain access to her funds, or in any way interfere in her life.
If he causes difficulty, he is fired.
He is simple to be there and the ‘life expectancy’ of the relationship may be no more than two or three years before he is replaced.
Unlike Gigolos or Beach Boys or Rentadreads, the Bungaboy is the one being used.

It's unfortunate that there are men like this.
It is because it eradicates the views one holds about 'man', but they are very common, and getting more common.

If you live off a woman how could you call yourself a man. I mean the woman has the baby who is going to provide for her at that moment if she isn't financially stable. Living off a woman can be the lowest way a man can live only if he chooses to do that for a lifetime and it's not because he just lost a job a couple of days ago
Oh these men don't know the meaning of pride. They don't have any positive traits. They will live off any woman they can.
As they said, "Man is always a man."It has been described that men are insensitive.Through the years, this old notion had changed. Some men are starting to be a better person and learn to be sensitive to the needs of the opposite gender. Humans are so smart enough to know the best thing for themselves and they can figure out what's the best thing to refrain from hurting others.
For some reason, some men cannot change its behavior towards women. It is simply because of the influence of traditional culture. I am not going to drop names of countries. But it does happen that they treat women as their slaves.
These are basically Prostitutes. Male Prostitutes. And the fact you'll see a man in his 30s with a woman in her 50s ... where she has a profession and he is virtually illiterate is not that strange any more
Its A shame how men live off of Women. Men are supposed to be providers not free loaders.
This is very true just as you have said itmany men ar3 nowadays just looking yo be fed clothed and sheltered by women. Gone are the days when men were men. A man will take some responsibility for his woman and family. He will make sure that are clothed Fed well, they love in a good home etc.
If you look around in most societies nowadays men are giving themselves to older some for services in return for money. They do not want to work to earn a living all that want is to have fun and in the process make free money. It maybe you will find a woman or just a young girl who works hard for her money, she gets herself an apartment, stocks her kitchen with food, buys a car and so on. Then she finds a guy who really speaks well if her just so that he can get into her house, and once he does that, that's the end of it. He will come and stay. While he's there there is nothing much he's helping out with all he does is just demand and command, yet all his needs are being taken care of. And you wonder what kind of guy is this who doesn't even feel ashamed to be living of his girlfriend can't be get up and get a job to take care of his woman and himself.
Men have become too lazy and irresponsible. They don't want to do anything to improve themselves. All they want is free stuff. They should style up and do what is right. Stop waiting for the women to do for you what you should be doing? Or maybe the saying that goes " A MAN IS THE HEAD OF THE HOUSE should change to A WOMAN IS THE HEAD OF THE HOUSE so that it is known that women are th3 ones who are running families nowadays
You are very right. Many men sit back and live out of a woman's pocket until she puts them out and they find another woman or stand on their feet.
I know one chap... absolutely worthless. Charming Chap, but worthless. He lived off the woman and they had a daughter... and after the woman tossed him out... he played interested in the daughter until today... the Daughter supports Him!
