The Libras’ Health and Diets for Men and Women

As different angles perform their job s in heaven and on earth, just like the same planets rule human body parts excellently according to their purposes without any doubt and mistake. Nut alas! Man has left studying natural philosophy the mother of all knowledge on earth and in heaven. I want to tell you one more piece of information that it is astrology that records human black and white deeds hidden or secret or even in the thinking process or even the thoughts that could not appear in word-shape in practical life.

Libra rules kidneys, lumber regions and buttocks of man and woman. I have read many horoscopes and seen in my life Libras’ women have graceful lower spine and flexible buttocks while on the other hand Libra men have excellent and powerful back attractive and well shaped. You may recognize them from a long distance looking at a glance.

The Libras’ Health Patterns

I have seen the Librans enjoy good health and its ruler Venus rules over man’s and women’ skin, hair, throat, kidneys, lumber regions and veins. I have seen all the Librans have fine and beautiful and balanced features and fascinating good bone structures by birth. I have also observed in many horoscopes all the Librans get always lower lumber pain that is why their back in life weakens first of all in ordinary life.

After this their kidneys problems start in the middle age and along with it their skin cracks with the passage of time. It is due to no balance in life working and rest, thinking and practicability, saying and doing, eating and reading, like an dislike and hate and love. In all these fields of life that cannot make balance that is why their lower back pain starts first of all even in young age. They do not balance work and rest, relationship and friends.

The Salt of the Librans

All the Librans are supposed to take Sodium Sulphate that is famous in the market Nat Sulph. The main function of Nat Sulph is to equalize the balance of alkalis and acids in our body and the second function of Nat Sulph is to expel all waste materials from our body on the emergency basis.

The Foods of Librans

To maintain health the Librans must use such foods that are full of Nat Sulph as strawberries, apples, raisins, almonds, asparagus, peas, corns, beats, reddish, spinach, tomatoes and brown rice these foods are full of minerals and the need of the Librans. I suggest for the Librans must eat high proteins diet but low in fat, sugar and acid producing food in daily routine for a long and better life.

Free of fat, sugar and acid foods the Librans may from these sources as broiled fishes, sea foods, poultry, low fat cheese, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, salads and grains. Besides they must drink a lot of water in a day to make stomach and the whole body free of toxic waste of the body.

The Librans must not eat

I suggest some food for the Librans must not use these foods to enjoy health free of all types of diseases as alcohol and carbonate drink. These two things affect the Librans kidneys and sleep. Thus the Librans lose the balance and sleep and rest and fall prey to diseases physically not mentally.

Libra: An Air Sign

As we all know that Libra is an airy sign and rules human beings’ nervous system and circulatory system of the whole body. It also controls the functions of movement, urination and breathing. I have seen airy people may be stimulated very soon on the trivial matters on routine life. They cannot maintain balance between emotions and reason in practical lie.

If Excess Air in the Libras

If air is excess in the Librans they become stimulated, over sensitive and nervous very soon in routine life. Its effect appears on their skin, dry hair and mucus membranes upset anon with the passage of time. If the Libras‘nervous system overloads they have to face memory loss problem may occur. They must sit in the open and fresh air to recharge their nervous system.

The Librans must eat

The Librans are supposed to eat steamed vegetables, nuts and croutons in daily life to maintain the balance of their sensitive mind in practical field.

The Librans must not eat

The Librans must not eat raw foods m grains, root crops, yeast food and refined rice in routine life so that they could enjoy good health.

If Low Air in the Libras

If the air is low in the body of the Librans they will feel lack of energy and in the whole body the energy will not circulate and they will feel tiredness in daily life without cause. Nervous system will be weak and in such condition minerals must use to make strong the weak nervous system. The best minerals for such person are two calcium and magnesium.

They must use raw food and vegetable juice daily besides oats must be used daily plus tea is also better for them.

The Libran must eat

They must use Gingko, ginger, garlic and yogurt.

The Librans must not use

They must not use dandelion roots
