Recently I received a private message. I felt uncomfortable for the message she sent me. I didn’t mind it. I even cited it in one of the discussions here so that I may have the idea on what to do with that. This afternoon, I got the same message from the same person. I want to avoid her. My problem is what I am going to do? I try to search for a “block” function of a PM, but I couldn’t find one. What is the least thing I could do? @admin, @support, and to the rest of those who are in the know.

@support tells me that they have taken care of it but I still see that person doing their rounds here.

@bestwriter  Even I have received the second pm from the same user. I haven’t seen the date of sending, but hope to get rid of them soon.

@ bestwriter I have also received the messages twice from this user but I think she must have been blocked by the @support by now.

I don’t think there is a way to block a spammer on sites like these. I think the best thing to do is to let Support know what is going and just simply ignore the person. I wonder how easy it would be for a bot to register on LB? Sometimes people will sign up with bots and the bots will do all of the messaging. Those things can be annoying at times.

@evilelf, awhile ago as I opened my FB account, I received a notice that there is someone who seems to be a spam. FB has flagged that request to be a friend. I check the person’s FB profile. It is about an online business which wanted to be a member of my FB page which has more than 12,000 members. I declined the request. Now, we’re a bit secured as far as spamming business is concerned. FB has this facility to warn the concerned. I think this should also be implemented here. The @admin and @support would have to reconsider this. We hope so.

@nakitakona13, Yesterday, I suspected someone a spammer for she kept on asking questions from me. She sent me 3 private messages, and I felt bored of her. I told her if she is genuine, she must discuss in Forum not in private message inbox for it is time wasting and no earning from it. I also deleted her messages. I forgot her name but it seems her name begins with letter F.

@lovern, you’re right. Her initial is FN. I also see her in BlogBourne. I also received several PMs from her. I also told her not to discuss things in PM for they won’t earn any credits or coins. I told her frankly that I won’t answer her again if she’s going to PM me. I guess she’s a spammer. I won’t mention her complete name or username here. I repeat her initial name is FN.

Hard to know what member if I know no name. Maybe she is just shy or don’t know what to do here.
