All of us are given a package which when compared to society norms may not seem to be one that anyone would want to trade with. That is their problem.
If one knows to pick wheat from chaff that’s all there is to art of living.
There is a difference between needs and wants. There is no end to wants.
As I said it is a package. Some part of the package is seen by others but not everything. If one’s wants are few that package that has little is enough to make that person happy.
A situation may seem grim but if one has the ability to look at the positivity in that situation that’s all that matters
Appreciating what others have and not wanting that for oneself is yet another secret to art of living. It is like a flower that blooms in someone else’s garden and not yours. Appreciating that flower even thought it does not bloom in your garden is as good as having that flower in your garden.
Your day is done if you do some kind act for someone. Just an act a day is enough to give one that feeling of fulfillment.
All are not blessed with all those 7 virtues and so tolerating others is of prime importance which is one of the best needs that lead towards art of living. Here is a link that says it all

Reading through the contents of the above link one will realise that there is so much that we do not do. It is a simple process. Taking control of oneself and not bothering about what the world says is the secret to art of living. There are so many different opinions that those around us would have and so the best is to depend on our opinion about us provided others are not hurt by our deeds.

The art of living well out. It's true that we should never envy what your neighbour has but be content with what you have. Many of us ar3 always looking at our friends and asking ourselves where did I go wrong, why am I not getting what my friend has yet we do the same things or we go to the same places. What we forget is that everybody has their own traits and characteristics. We are all blessed differently we cannot be th3 same in any kind of way we are all created differently with different characteristics. When you love yourself you will never look at your friends with envy because you know what you hold.the best thing we can do for ourselves is to believe and trust in ourselves and not what other people say. Sometimes people may say things to you that will only mass you up so do what you think is good.
Yes, we must work fro other because everyone live for self but a few for others on earth. Time decays all but remains words, words and words on earth. Beauty is truth and truth will live forever in the books and in shape of words, I have written a sonnets on this topic,,
By JH Sayyar
When time steals your beauty wrinkles left behind,
Then on the wrinkled face just small sunken eyes,
But in my immortal verse your youth you can find,
Making pretty time, mirror and cosmetic make trine,
I compare your tender love with spring fresh flower,
Decaying bit by bit as the earthworms eat the dead,
I encage your beauty in word-cage in immortal hour,
Your beauty with my lines has made a lock of wed,
You live and die unknown none knows your nature,
My Muse decks in lines your doings and beauty sin,
People know your love tart while you in entablature,
But I compose all your beauty sins for kith and kin
O Lady, my immortal fingers save beauty in rhyme,
You live among the people when all decay cruel time
You see, many will try to define success, greatness, and happiness in terms of winning out over others, having power over others, and having the ability to dominate others. The lust for power is common and widespread in humans – the power to order others around, the power to make decisions that will impact others, and the power to own when others cannot.
