1.Visiting the Website of Kesari Tours almost takes you to places that they have talked about on their website. Everything is laid out crystal clear. They have various options including group tours, corporate tours and tailor made tours. They have branches in a few cities that makes booking easy. Their staff is efficient and always on the go. Their communication system is quick and prompt. I felt I was in safe hands when I handed over my documents.
2, After choosing the package I visited their office only once with the necessary documents. Being the first one to book my package I got the privilege of choosing the seating in the bus right through the tour.. This prior booking made life easy for all in the group rather than one rushing to get the best place.
3. A courier arrives with all the documents and this after I have made my payment. There is a checklist in there telling me what I should take along.
