How To Make Delicious Sticky Spicy Pork Ribs At Home

Hey guys, I have seen a ton of people put up posts on here that are basically recipes and they have received quite a good response in terms of comments and shares. I too would like to share this one with you which I came across which is extremely scrumptious and delicious.

This is a recipe that I watched on TV and tried it myself. The result is simply put-YUMMY! We all love ribs but they can be quite expensive in some restaurants. So, here is the recipe for some mouth watering ribs that leave you wanting more.

Preparation / Methods to cook Sticky Spicy Pork Ribs:

In a baking tray, pour out a medium sized bottle of honey.

Add red chilli flakes as per your liking of heat.

To that add two teaspoons of oyster sauce and finish it by adding 2 star anise. Mix the entire gooey paste together and leave it aside.

Take about 6 pork ribs and wash them and cut off any unwanted fat.

Now take the ribs and rub them into the marinade. Make sure all the ribs are covered in the spicy-sweet mix. After they are well covered, place them in an oven at low heat for about 90 minutes.

Half way through the time, flip the ribs to ensure they cook well and brush on any paste/mix that it left over.

After the 90 minutes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool. While they cool, increase the heat of the oven and place the tray back in for a minute or two till the ribs get a delicious char and gloss.

Remove them and plate up. If you can get your hands away from these scrumptious, juicy, sweet and spicy ribs, you are missing out on something heavenly.
