Another day, another Jolse shopping haul! My husband teased me when this box of goodies arrived in the mail today. To tell the truth, I wasn’t planning (ok, maybe a little) to buy more stuff from Jolse.com after the recent haul I opened a few weeks ago. I have yet to use any of the Korean skincare products from that haul but then, I ran out of face masks! I went to the Korean grocery where I bought the Vanedo Mung Bean face mask months ago but wasn’t too pleased with the selection this time. So I thought, instead of buying something I am not totally content with, I’d just order online even if I have to wait. I don’t use face masks daily anyway so there’s nothing for me to lose.
This time, I was able to capture photos the moment I opened the box. See everything is wrapped in thick layers of bubble wrap? That’s how Jolse packs every item I buy from the site (even the lip brush I ordered was wrapped with this much bubble wrap!). To be honest, I don’t think face masks need too much bubble wrapping since it won’t break even if you throw it in, but Jolse really takes that much effort to make sure I receive the products in great shape. Luckily, this time, the box wasn’t dented at all and in perfect shape. And oh, notice how much free samples I received again, yay!
For this box, I bought three types of face masks. I can’t wait to try them and review them, too! For this haul, I bought It’s Skin Nutrition Daily Mask, Etude House Coenzyme mask, and Etude House Collagen mask. I am looking forward trying everything but much so with the It’s Skin mask. You see that big pouch has 7 sheets in it and I wanted to try how long the sheets will remain moist after opening. It was a gamble since I don’t use face mask daily, only once or twice a month, so I will have to see how it will fair when it comes to keeping moist! If things go well, I might use It’s Skin often since it costs a lot cheaper than the individually wrapped face masks from Etude House!
And of course, the freebies! As you can see, I didn’t buy much from the store but Jolse was generous enough to give me these free samples! I have another lip tint, sunscreen, a couple of facial creams and of course, the oil-blotting film. I think I already have about 5 oil-blotting films but never use them (let me know if anybody is interested with the oil blotting film, I don’t use these!).
I can’t wait to get my hands (and face) on these products. I hope it won’t have any stinging sensation but I won’t know until I try it out!

My face has been feeling red and rashy so I thought a little bit of snail would be nice. They were on special for 10.99 for 10. I opened one up and my first impression was that the eye and mouth openings were tiny! Lucky I have a tiny mouth so this is actually great for me. There's a ton of essence (24 ml) and it was a whitish colour that goes on clear.
This sheet mask wasn't life changing for me. It did calm down some of my redness and my skin sucked up the moisture so that helped. The texture is a fine sheet, similar to My beauty diary. I think I remember that sister diary is a... sister company of MBD.
