This is about the precautions we should have against viruses while away from home. That’s how you can avoid them.

Beware of virus

The outside world is full of viruses and bacteria those come in contact in different ways whenever you go for your shopping, outings and many more reasons. In fact this is the virus that is dangerous for you and you have to take a lot of care to avoid them actually outside of living cell the virus is no threat but once they are in to the system then they start producing more and more.

You can watch for them when-

1. Avoid trying lingerie at the store without panty liner. Take a shower when back home.

2. Avoid using make up material at stores that can harm your skin.

3. Use a tissue paper while pressing those elevator buttons.

4. Wash your hands after placing the order for your foods, that menu-card may carry loads of viruses and bacteria. Keep the card away from your plates and cutlery.

5. Watch out for that seat cover in the washroom, that is a very bad UTI agent.

6. Swimming pools are really one of the worst type containers of different viruses and bacteria, be very careful and enquire about its cleaning and chlorine treatment before getting in to it.

7. The buttons of the ATM may have uncounted virus so use the tissue papers there too, I suggest keep a sanitizer handy.

8. Keep a pack of hands sanitizers handy which will help you keep bacteria away. I was careless but trust me Hand Sanitizers kill germs and other bacteria the air for sure.

Now you know friends, what I believe you always knew but you were not applying. Your health is more important than anything else.
