7 signs denote you are pregnant

Pregnancy is the most adorable and thrilling period in a life of a woman. But, how could you understand that you are pregnant at the early stage of your pregnancy? What are the changes that your body would experience through these days? Here are 7 signs that detect you are pregnant.

 

A missed period:

Missing your periodical menstruation is an early sign of pregnancy. If you have a missed period by two or three weeks, be alert. If you experience menstrual cramps, light bleeding before a week or two weeks before your missed period you should go for a check-up.

2) Being tired most of the time:

Being tired for the quality time in a day may be another symptom of pregnancy. It is not all the time necessary that being tired is a clear indication of being pregnant. Tiredness can be a result of anemia, over exercise and much more. But if you have an unprotected sex within one or two months, you can have a chance to be pregnant.

 

3) Mood swings:

Mood swing is another sign that you might be pregnant. Mood swing can happen on a regular basis while menstruating. But, often the pregnant women are seen to suffer to mood disorder. Their mood hovers in a dilemma all the time. Mood disorder is very common during their pregnancy because of their hormone level rises. The increased level of estrogen and progesterone make them irritable and moody.

The other sign is the trauma of being pregnant. A traumatic event can be happened any time in our life and can impart a negative effect on our emotion. But, a pregnant woman can have all time trauma and panic. During this period a pregnant woman can’t be able to cope with the trauma for the hormonal and physical changes.

 

5) Unwillingness to consume foods:

When you are pregnant you would obviously experience food aversion. Movement from fetus has often been mistaken for indigestion. When you yourself have indigestion, your stomach can start rumbling and growling. You might feel just like throwing up. You might even feel just like you have a burning in your abdomen. Plus, you may be gassy or may feel bloated. They are all uncomfortable feelings.

 

6) Formation of gas:

 

Being gassy is another sign of pregnancy. Gas is formed because of fetus movement in the abdomen. It can be formed because of the raising hormonal level. But it’s next-level horrifying when you’re out and about anywhere else. Unfortunately, it’s a common sign that you’re pregnant. Expect flatulence during not just the first couple of weeks of pregnancy but additionally the next nine months. Inevitably, your unruly gas will strike right in the center of a work meeting or during a cool-down in your silent yoga class.

 

7) The feeling of fullness:

The unusual sensation of feeling full is just one early sign of pregnancy. Fullness may be experienced before a period is missed, but a first-time mom may miss it. A second- or third-time mom may recognize the fullness straight away. Keep it in the mind; fullness can happen for other reasons also.
