    • I haven't ever donated blood. I am skeptical if I am eligible for donating blood, because more than 16 years ago I undergo blood transfusion because of n operation.

      I really want to donate blood too, so in that way, I can help people needing blood transfusion of my blood type . I am blood type B.

      time gives him a good health.

      There are certain safeguards to follow before donating the blood as also inspecting the blood of the donors for the presence of diseases, infection, and cancerous cells is needed. That is why Doctors will not accept the donation of blood from each and every person. They also see if the donor is having sufficient blood to donate or not. Otherwise, they do not accept his donation. After donating the blood one is expected to have a good diet for speedy recovery.
      My brother-in-law who happened to be from Army has donated his blood for 100 times so far and has been awarded a Gold medal by the former President of India late Sri Abdul Kalam Azaad. Even today he feels proud of having a photograph along with late Sri. Abdul Kalam, the former President of India.
