5 Tips Eating Instant Noodles Be More Nutritious

In Nowadays, many in the community who rate poorly because of Instant Noodles MSG and the wax coating. But take it, below are 5 tips to stay healthy instant noodles for consumption.

For most people, instant noodles are often used as food for immediate and even the food that makes it convenient. It was also tasteful and simple to cook more and make instant noodles favored by the people.

But not a few who complained of feeling ‘sorry’ after eating them, either because the content of MSG in it, as well as negative perceptions of this type of noodles in the community.

Tips On Healthy Instant Noodles:

Whatever the reason, you do not worry about eating instant noodles because this time I will give you tips on healthy eating noodles.

1. Add a source of protein

One of the more healthy way is you also add food sources of protein such as chicken, eggs, meatballs or fish.

Given the noodles only provide a source of carbohydrates alone, then add one portion (80-100 grams of protein) protein foods will make you more healthy noodles.

2. Add vegetables in it

In addition to the first, which is mandatory in order to stay healthy instant noodles is to add vegetables to it. Prepare a variety of vegetables such as green cabbage, carrots, or fungi. Note servings of vegetables to be added.

4. Be Creative

Especially if you add the vegetables, a source of protein or other food ingredients that add flavor noodles. You can make the croquettes or martabak noodles stir-fried noodles.

5. Limit consumption

Although you’ve added various sources of protein, nonetheless you should also limit the amount you eat noodles.

Therefore, the auto body does not get the nutrients other than that in the instant noodles. In fact, the body still needs a variety of nutrients to carry out all its functions.

    • I do that. I add some slices of cabbage and carrots to Instant Noodles and also add one egg. Besides, I don't pour all the seasonings in a small packet that goes with it.

      I also would add some drops of sesame oil only because only a drop can already make the noodles so tasty. As to the spicy seasoning in a separate poctket, I only pour about 1/3 of it so it will not be too spicy.

      Sometimes we should just strategize on how to make instant noodles a bit healthy.

    • I wonder why there is wax coating? on the noodles itself? or else? I remembered I keep saying :"Mee" and Dina asked what is mee?
      It's a local language, Malays in Malaysia meant noodles.
      I do that as well when cooking instant noodles. First, cook the noodles and throw away the water, use a bowl of fresh water for cooking the soup.
      Second, add some veges and egg to increase the nutrient consumption, either fibres and some meats as well.
      The more important, not take the cup noodles which require the consumer to boil the hot water into the plastic cup, which will erase some chemical and harmful things from the plastic cup itself.
      Last but not least, better not eat the instant noodles so frequently. We can buy some fresh noodles and some dried noodles and keep at home. And, to make a soup, we might not need the MSG, but some meats, egg and veges can make the soup taste well without MSG.
