At all times people searched for the joy of life and relaxation. It is unfortunate that nowadays increasingly it is accessible only through food. It is wrong to think that it probably gives energy and stimulation to our body. In fact, many of us already cannot live without one or more of the following: alcohol, tobacco, coffee, black tea, chocolate or white sugar. Yes, without the sugar, which even in ancient times was called the white death.

Perhaps many will think that it cannot be true, that you are not addicted to sugar and any time you can stop taking it. Prove it to yourself! See if you can survive without sweets at least a few days. It would open eyes for many, because shortly you would be looking for a piece of cake or candy in the kitchen for to stop your withdrawal pains and feel a sense of bliss.

Balanced diet provides adequate amounts of carbohydrates, which provide the sweet taste and energy of life. Sweetness should be sufficient as much as we receive from a variety of fruits, vegetables, cereals, dried fruits. It should be understood that we do not find true bliss from sweet bun, sweet chocolate bar or a glass of sweet drink. Excess sugar eventually unbalances the digestive system, causing a constant sleepy state and constant fatigue.

In fact, we consume a lot of sugar with other food products. If we would not consume a sugar at breakfast with coffee, tea, cereal and porridge, at lunchtime with salad and pasta sauce, carbonated beverages and fast food, and finally at dinner, because it is in almost all other foods, then we would have a serious withdrawal syndrome’s symptoms, will begin mood swings and irritability.
