The development and growth of new technologies has made possible a new method of work: work at home or work from home. With the use of internet, a person can now take part in a meeting through video conference or keep in touch with his colleagues using e-mail.
Some of you may not agree with me that working from home is often the same with ineffective work. In fact, it is a different way to manage your time and work. Lot of people may be attracted by the benefits offered by this way of working. Still, it has a few drawbacks.
Anyway, let us see the three advantages of working from home.
1. Without any doubt, the most important advantage of working from home is its flexibility. You can easily sort out things and manage your day based on your hobbies or the necessities of your family members. This way, you can easily balance your private life and your professional life in a better way. You can also decide the ambiance in which you want to work and in which you feel much better. In this way, you may become more productive.
2. You may be fed up with the traffic jams in the morning and the evening. A lot of people reach their office tired and worn-out because of the stressful and long journey they are required to undergo to reach their office. On the other hand, working from home has the great advantage of not undergoing the stress each day by which you get the advantage of two extra hours without any difficulty.
Working from home also has benefits for business houses. The very fact of working in an environment where you feel comfortable and relaxed can boost the efficiency of such businesses. The business can also see a reduction in it costs towards transportation.

This culture of working from home is getting recognition the world over. For women it gives them the opportunity to take care of their hearth and home as well, more efficiently.

Working from home has great advantages if you have certainity of a regular income. However if you are freelancing and your income keeps varying then it can be a cause of stress too.
I really wish these things happen and to me, although if I think about not think I have so many opportunities.
The job is easier when it comes to this, but they have to be put into practice still think we should think about before.
But I do my job with what to say, that neither can work from home, especially when it comes to selling face to face.
Working from home can be a great option for parents of young kids, as well as for introverts who may prefer a more solitary work environment. But when working in the home, it's easy to get distracted. It's also easy to end up in an unhealthy cycle of working too many hours because the distinction between home and work spaces is lacking.
People who decide to work from home even occasionally should be aware of both the pros and cons of this option.
I totally agree with you. I worked as a nurse for 15 years I did not have to drive to work for I only lived a few blocks from the hospital where I worked. Working from home some people really do not see as a regular job so they assume that you will also do the regular household chores and you know what that entails along with the work even though it fun the work of writing a blog. The best thing for a person to work at home is to earn a lot better than regular jobs. It is one of the reasons why I need to work at home. I can't deal with incompetent bosses. I had tried to stay with my professional field working with previous companies. But, I am not happy with the flaws of my bosses.
