2 Myths about What you Should not Eat

Packages of food are always printed with images of fruits and vegetables,  thus promising that the food is low in fat or free of any of the enemies of the diets. These images can see food as the best option to quench our hunger, but everything is not always what it seems. The smart marketing hinders us greatly the task of distinguishing what is really beneficial for us. To help, here are five myths of healthy food.

1.Skim milk is good for your health:

Opting for whole milk at breakfast instead of choosing skim milk guarantees you gain weight and can become unhealthy. Right? The truth is that whole milk cannot be so evil after all food. Skim milk is often touted as part of the fight against saturated fats and its relationship with obesity, diabetes and heart disease.

However, a recent study examined existing research on milk and found that people who consume whole milk are at a higher risk of developing heart disease or type 2 diabetes. In terms of obesity, they found no support for the idea that low-fat dairy products are healthier, said a nutrition expert at the Center for Cancer Research.

Others have emphasized that nobody can drink enough milk to affect their health, and should be considered a part of the entire diet of a person. In nutrition, there are no absolutes, only statements regarding the context of everything else that someone eats according to a professor of nutrition at New York.

2.Do not eat potatoes:

Potatoes and especially the fried ones do see these as one of the main enemies with respect to food. However, a healthy diet does not necessarily have to be of non potatoes. This starchy food is a good source of vitamin C and fiber and can play an important role in your diet , especially if they are cooked without salt or fat.

    • The Internet is filled with do's and don'ts of eating different kinds of foods. Everyone is so obsessed with taking care of their health. He or she is so concerned about it. But in the long run, he or she fails to carry it consistently.

Nobody is perfect. Nobody is pure. But it takes to be extra careful for the food we eat. They may or may not harm us, but if we know, why not observe that rule for a better health and living.

    • There are too many myths going on the net.

I have heard that it is wise not to eat too much chicken meat because all the chickens are injected with "super grow" jab in order for the chickens to grow fatter in the shortest time.

Hence, we consumers are consuming the jabs substance into our body that would cause the big C.

Fishes also the same. Too much mercury in the sea that the fishes had consume.

So does the vegetables. Too much pesticides or chemical sprays on the veggies, in order for them to grow into bountiful, bright or dark green leaves and no holes.

If there are no holes in the veggies, obviously, too much chemical sprays are on them, no insects could stand it except we consumers!

Well on and off, what else can we eat if there are too many myths around?

Just close one eye and take more precaution.

Otherwise, breed your own chickens, dig out a pond breed your own fishes or grow your own veggie patch!

    • It is easy to say in being a healthy person. I often go with well-balanced diet and do some exercises. Instead of availing food in tin cans, it would be better to buy fresh food in public market.
