I lost a friend recently.Charles was born in 1962.His father was a civil servant.His father got his mother impregnated and transfer took him to another division.The man abandoned the then little Charles and his mother.When Charles grew up,he went through the Primary school and secondary schools respectively.After leaving the school,he learnt to drive buses and trailers.Charles built a house for himself and his mother.Two years later he got married and God blessed him with two males and two females.The envy of neighbors made them to ridicule Charles,calling him a bastard.Charles after asking his mother and other relations traced his father to a town in Okigwe,Imo State of Nigeria.He was really welcomed by his father and step mother.This is because his father had married another wife and has produced three children.A male and two females.The wife of his father was not happy that Charles returned to take his position as his father’s first son.At the second visit of Charles,to formalize his return,his father’s wife poisoned Charles.Charles was buried two weeks ago.What is your advice to Charle’s wife and children.Should they return to their legitimate father’s family?
