I have just joined this group, great stuff. I am looking forward to learning a lot here. One of the greatest thing I do daily is practicing controlled breathing. Take you time to consciously breathe. You can prolong your breathes or slow them down. You can learn to breathe like someone who is choking up. Learning to breathe from the stomache is also essential. Knowing the different breathing styles makes you utilize oxygen better in your body. It assists to fight inflammation which cause many diseases such as diabetes. After all try it and enjoy that.
