“A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge.” ~George R.R. Martin

The mind is man’s faculty of thinking, reasoning and applying knowledge. It is our consciousness that starts in the brain and is manifested through our thoughts, actions, will, memories, imagination and emotions.

Taking care of our bodies helps us to maintain a healthy life and become physically stronger. As a result we also become more resistant to diseases or illnesses.

Constantly learning and consciously putting oneself through new experiences expand the mind giving you a clear-minded awareness. Becoming more aware helps us to be liberated from all the mental layers that form obstacles and seemingly becoming great or exceptional individuals.

But there’s a big problem. What if I tell you that your Mind is NOT You? It is part of you, but it sleeps when you are awake and when you sleep, it comes to life? Some call this the sub-conscious and in the study of Qi Men Dun Jia, we call it the Universe Realm.

WHEN THE MIND IS WIHTOUT FEAR

You have to train your mind to be stronger than your emotions. A lot of people think that ignorance is the true enemy of fear, that lack of information and knowledge causes fear. But too many people rush in for the latest personal development and self-help products confused between training the brain (with new skills, strategies or tools) and training the mind.

WHEN THE MIND IS IN POWER

Where do thoughts come from? Some will point to their heads, while others to their beating hearts. It’s definitely NOT AN ORGAN. Can someone prove the physical existence or home of the mind in the human body? Instead, think of your mind as a form of energy. Your emotions, are the same. It cannot be destroyed or created, only transformed from one from to another. And like all energy in existence, it has attributes and characteristics of its own. The idea of Qi Men Dun Jia is that you can profile and map out these energies into main and sub groups.

    WHEN YOU CONTROL YOUR MIND

“The mind is like a parachute. It only works when it’s opened”

If thoughts are energy and your mind is the source, having control over it gives you unlimited power. Do not underestimate the power of clarity and purpose. The ability to heal your body or to create what most others call miracles. Or to even influence and turn your thoughts into reality. Qi Men Dun Jia gives one access to his higher-self, the part we call our sub-conscious mind. It provides the framework to communicated and connect through better understanding of these ‘energies’.
