Why is it so hard for Christians to hear God’s voice? We don’t have a problem recognizing our loved ones voices on the phone but yet many have difficulty hearing God. One of the things that is hindering us is that there are many voices. (I Cor 14:10) The devil himself tries to imitate God’s voice. A way to improve your listening abilities and discern God’s voice is to spend some time with him. His word says Draw nigh unto me and I will draw nigh unto you. (James 4:8) As we have a closer walk with the Lord, he will help us to discern his voice. God bless.
