In ancient Egypt mushrooms were reserved for royalty, and ancient Romans thought mushrooms conferred strength to warriors, according to the Oregon State University Extension Service. Of the 300 edible species, 10 are currently grown commercially. Use mushrooms to add distinct flavor and a range of nutritional and health benefits to some of your favorite dishes.

White button mushrooms, such as crimini, commonly found in grocery stores and salad bars, help remove excess estrogen from circulation, making them helpful for preventing breast cancer. A tissue culture study published in the November 2010 issue of the journal “Experimental Biology and Medicine” found that white button mushrooms, along with four other varieties of common and specialty mushrooms, significantly suppressed breast cancer cell growth and reproduction. However, further studies are needed to confirm these preliminary results.

Preparation appears to be interesting. Granola Bars it appears to be more costly though they are healthy and tasty.
Preparing such dishes at home will be safer as most of them will be overloaded with sugar/Salt and if we cook them at home we can prepare them as per our required amounts of sugar and salts.
But, what I want to do is avoiding essences. Purchasing Almond roasted one appears to somewhat lessen the burden. I do not know the temperature required to roast the pieces. So, I would like to purchase the roasted ones only.
Cornflakes and Oates are also good for health. However, putting them in a mixie to make them into a fine paste is a good idea. Most of the times I soak them in Milk or any Chocolate for 10 minutes before I eat them.I want to try these Granola bars at home.

Is that a picture of the one you made? It looks so mouth watering that i am actually salivating just looking at it now.
However, seeing the procedure and lots of ingredients deter me from trying it as I am not adept in using the oven at home because eversince it was bought many years ago , no one tried using the oven and even the rotisserie.
I guess Ijust have to buy a granola bar when I passed by the supermarket tonight after our dismissal from work. Surely, it will not be as delicious s yours but I am sure it will satisfy my craving, elicited by this post and picture of yours. ha ha ha

Cool recipe indeed! We do occasionally have rice with some veggie and Pineapple curd ( we call it as Raita)
Seems like a good recipe. I like to try all types of foods. Fried rice has, always, been my favorite especially the pork type. Just looking at this picture would make anyone try this recipe. Thank you for sharing some useful tips on how to prepare it.
