@jhsayyar: I shall have a soft copy of the recipe. I am sure it will work as it contain ”Kalonji” as a major ingredient. Kalonji may alone can heal alot of diseases as per the sayings of Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H. Sir, thanks for your reply.

@ EvilElf : You are right. 400mg per dL is a high level and it is associated with a lot of risks. (May God save all patients from such type of risks and complications). The doctor advised her not to take rice as it is not good for her.

Now her sugar level is some 200 mg (random). A little high but better as compared to 400mg.

@cely: I am really grateful to you for your comment and observation.I shall try mango leaves.I hope that it will be very effective as some herbalists have also recommended it for treatment of diabetes. It is actually a natural way of treatment and I am sure it will be very useful. It is a pity that people don’t  pay attention to these easy ways.

Flossing would be a nice idea in this connection.

”Miswak” (a little branch of some tree) will solve your issue if you clean your teeth with it for some days. It is a natural way of cleaning our teeth and it will surely kill bad breath. You will feel fresh after cleaning your teeth with ”miswak”.

Consider homeopathy if unfortunately you fail to get the cure.

The man in the image seems to be a perfect actor. Acting is a difficult art but it seems it is not correct in his case as he does master this art.

Elom, my dear..You have solved problems of many students and all those who are fond of reading.Adjustment of light, choice of a suitable study table and a comfortable chair, all are important points to consider. As regards what is the best time for study, let me say that one may choose study hours for oneself in the light of your advice. Some eatables and beverages must be within the reach of  the student so that he can have them easily without leaving his or her seat.

Elom, It seems to me that you expressed my views, I mean views which I have in my mind. It has been observed that when a person crosses his seventies he actually reaches his dotage. He tends to forget things, he suffers from ailments of different kinds. He starts expecting others to assist him.Sometimes he has expectations from his wife,  sons and daughters, but they often donot come up to his expectations. so the old man gets frustrated. He must get out of this state otherwise he is going to create more problems for himself and his family.

@best writer: I second you in this connection. I do prefer short articles.

I would like to add one quote. That is:

A journey of a thousand miles just begins with a single step.

It emphasizes the importance of first step when it comes to starting some mission or task.

Without taking the first step, you cannot succeed. Just thinking for hour and hours without taking actual step is a useless activity and such type of thinking is just wasting your precious time.

I must admire your effort. You did make a great list of inspiring quotes. Every quote is a master piece. Thumbs up to you for this post.

Coming in contact and joining hand with nature is a better idea in this connection. We must spare some time to enjoy the beauty of nature.

Camping at some sea side coupled with a nearby jungle would add a lot to our health. It will cause soothing effects. Nature is just like our mother that cares and shows concerns about its kids.

It is very interesting and informative group for me as it deals with my most favourite subject. I am talking about my passion homeopathy.

I do prefer homemade remedies as they are very safe for our health as compared to the antibiotic medicines that can cause severe side effects. I do not consider allopathic remedies safe for our health. I do advocate homeopathy as it is a soft and gentle way of healing.

Homeopathy would be my next choice in this connection. I do prefer consulting a nearby homeopath in case home remedy does not work. I do keep some homeopathic medicines (first at homeo kit) at my home place as I do know how and when to take these medicines.

I would recommend homeopathic remedies if you need them. Just give one chance to homeopathy. I am sure you would love homeopathy for ever and ever. You will forget other systems of healing
