Thank you, @naruto100 I guess I will have to stick it up and be more active. Participating in interesting blogs and forums sound like a good rule of thumb. You seem very enthusiastic as a newbie. And I admire your tenacity. Thanks! Wish me luck 🙂

Snack while you’re at your computer, writing. When you feel tired and you need the rest, sleep. when you wake up, go back to your writing hobby and snack. Hehe! |

I don’t know how individual families will teach and train up a child in the way they should go. And I don’t see why not. Our today’s children will become future parents and future men and women leaders of our own countries; somehow contributing to the success, prosperity and to the raw intelligence for the greater good of all. I think the spirit of good moral values are still in people’s hearts. The Spirit of lawful conscience is still within. We just got to find it, revive it, and teach these values to our younger children in their founding age. They will not depart from the values taught to them and practiced when they grow old. That’s a promise. 🙂

I do an entire day of technology shut down on Saturdays. I dedicate those days of Rest with my children, for myself and most times, reading. At mealtimes, I tell my family t shut off everything that intrude into our conversations — face-to-face. At bedtime, when my husband takes his mobile phone next to him in bed, I tell him off and we put away our phones. And because of the nature of our homeshcooling, Internet is off the hook while we converse, recite, learn and read together as Mother and precious children “at her knee”(idiom) or a picnic outside when the sun is up. But, i do bring my phone outside to take photos. Apart form that, I shut it off and enjoy the day. |

It seems that forums-niches are on the competitive demand at the moment. Is blogging doing well? |

* Edit: Of course, hyperbole always comes in handy when I want something to be done immediately on this writing site called, LiteracyBase. Call me a spoiled brat. So, where’s the EDIT button? Please? |

I realized the expectation of above par standard of literacy in this site. I’m challenged by it. I love it! But, journalists, hobbyists and editors are humans too. We make atrocious mistakes. Journalism pride gets stumped. Mistakes are horrible, atrocious and deplorable to hard working writers of all trades (Boy! I hate that word). Mistakes are like the end of the world to me! Of course, hyperbole always comes in handy when I what something to be done immediately on this writing site called, LiteracyBase. Call me a spoiled brat. So, where’s the EDIT button? 🙂 Please? |
