Well, it is really weird and is the first time I am hearing about a practice like this. Thank god here we don’t have to produce any certificates like them. Unfortunately not I’m still far away from $10, but I haven’t spent as much time interacting and writing as I would have liked on the site. So next month I am planning to spend more time here and to definitely reach payout before the end of May.
