I was placed on vitamin b12 injections and I haven’t had a migraine yet. I’m not sure if being low on vitamin b12 had anything to do with it or not. But I’m sleepy all the time. Someone told me that it is my bodies way of catching up on lost sleep since I also have sleep problems (insomnia). I am hoping to gain more energy soon.
