When we plan, there should always be at least two options. That is because in case plan A fails, then you can try plan B.
We have to take into consideration our budget if we plan for example on having a business. We also take into consideration, the licenses that it would entail. Foremost also is how we should manage the said business.
In addition, when we plan a business, we should make a feasibility study if it will have the chance of succeeding in your business plan. Location of the business should also be given importance because if it is not strategically located, there will be less customers who will go to your place of business.
Lastly, in the business plan, you should add on how you can have a hands on in the business. That is because a lot of business go bankrupt because they let a relative take the cashiering. A lot of cases like that happened here in the Philippines.

I don’t think it’s healthy to expect all of your plans to work out. I realized some time ago that it’s best for me not to make many plans. I just go with the flow and avoid the disappointment of plans falling through. I planned to do many great things and it hasn’t happened yet but I am happy relying on myself now and not making plans with other people.

I agree, we must avoid eating comfort foods especially junk foods that are not healthy. Many people especially young people resort to eating comfort foods instead of healthy foods because they are always in a hurry, and because of peer influence.

You are right, almost everyone of us have their own comfort food.
For me, my comfort food are peanuts, saba banana (whether boiled, ‘turon’ or with sugar coating, corn, and anything sweet. Maybe this is the reason why I have high blood sugar hahaha.
Food that is also cooked with coconut milk, which we Bicolanos are famous for, is also a comfort food for me
I don’t go so much for spicy foods, which is the norm for the youth of today.
May I also add, there was a study that it is much better if we drink 2 glasses of water before having your breakfast, 1 glass before we take a bath, 1 glass each every meal (that’s 3 glasses), and 2 glasses before you go to sleep, for a total of 8 glasses a day.

However, it is possible to stop it.Sometimes, you may think that you’re hungry but this may not actually be the case. Before you head for the fridge or cupboard, ask yourself whether you’re genuinely hungry or not. If your stomach isn’t actually rumbling, you may not really be hungry. If you suspect that you’re bored rather than hungry, distract yourself and see if you’re still hungry afterwards.

tried it alot, its really waste of time, i wrote to many site sin the past and posted many areticles for me and other sin social media, the famous one, such as facebook, twitter, instagram, linkeding and stumbleupon, but not worked they do brings views but very little and not work all my time that i wasted postig and keep on sharing there, i just now post and see almost the same number ofpeople that view my spots just like when i share in the social media so why to bother and waste more time in social media, if you write good post the keywords will do the good work for you and no need to waste more time doing post and share for many times to get more views and more revenue shareing, do it by postig more, that is from my experience, still well posted info there

I don’t put the link to my posts at social media anymore because anyway, no one is interested, as I have done it a lot of times. Maybe they don’t need extra money or maybe they may think it’s hard to make a post. he he he
Anyway, here we just have to make a clear post. Even if the grammar is not good as long as you can elucidate what you are trying to point out and it complies with the minimum number of words required for the post, you can have it submitted. But be sure though that you didn’t copy it anywhere because LB can surely discover that.
I am happy that when I shared the link at FB, it got you interested. So, after all my post isn’t wasted because I was able to let you know about it. 🙂

Maybe since I am a newbie here, I am still on the ‘excited’ stage, to share my posts here at LB on my facebook account. Maybe eventually I will get tired of sharing it for the earnings you get from views to this is only $0.001.

I have always had dizzy spells,but this comes from jumping off the bed suddenly or waking up too fast. In such situations, I just relax in the spot I’m in for a while, then I’m fine. Usually, people say you lack blood, so you should be taking vitamins to help you with that. Its not so much of a common occurrence so I see it as nothing. I have also fainted from lack of food while buying stuff in the market. I took folic acid on an empty stomach with no food before and after, so that put a whole lot of strain on me, so I got dizzy and fainted, but was revived with water and a meal.

Happy to know that you are find now. I would still advise you to go for a checkup after advice from the doctor. One more thing is prevention is always better than the cure. So if one is able to find out the reason for such a thing happening and the reason for the dizziness it will help one in alleviating the problem faster and better.
Once we are aware of the issue, it is half the battle won. I have come across some people who have had dizziness and have fallen down from the bed as they were disoriented and unfortunately had serious injuries. All this takes a toll on the individuals health. There is also lot of wastage of time and money too. The members of the family will also be anxious. I wish you best of health and request you to take care of your health well.

Thank you for the feedback. I have tried to attempt to write this subject which is a bit complicated as too much of technical knowledge is required. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Which I was able to write in this article. I myself have to learn many details and information which I keep updating myself with.
