Being a teacher in literature and psychology, i believe that anger is our biggest enemy. And the problem is that we don’t have the courage to avoid it at important times. I believe in keeping calm in tense moments and bringing solutions rather than showing frustration and anger.

I suffered from Psoriasis. After two or three visit doctor confirmed that it was psoriasis. She did not want to upset me. Finally, she revealed it. She prescribed Psorifix. When I applied to the feet I experienced hell really. Instead of giving relief it pinned me. I immediately consulted the Doctor and got it changed.

As someone who has had their fair dealings with anger and pain, I have come to learn that we must allow pain to have it’s way and even embrace it in order to eliminate it. Anger, I have found, is useless and does more harm then good.

I love asparagus! In our country, the Philippines, asparagus is a bit pricey, so you have to think many times if you are buying or not.
But with this info, why would I scrimp on myself and my family if it would mean a healthier me and my family.
