Between Criminal Minds, Numb3rs, CSI Miami, Law and Order, Castle, and Monk…
I am now fairly confident that I can get away with pretty much anything. View
Preparation appears to be interesting. Granola Bars it appears to be more costly though they are healthy and tasty.
Preparing such dishes at home will be safer as most of them will be overloaded with sugar/Salt and if we cook them at home we can prepare them as per our required amounts of sugar and salts.
But, what I want to do is avoiding essences. Purchasing Almond roasted one appears to somewhat lessen the burden. I do not know the temperature required to roast the pieces. So, I would like to purchase the roasted ones only.
Cornflakes and Oates are also good for health. However, putting them in a mixie to make them into a fine paste is a good idea. Most of the times I soak them in Milk or any Chocolate for 10 minutes before I eat them.
Is that a picture of the one you made? It looks so mouth watering that i am actually salivating just looking at it now.
However, seeing the procedure and lots of ingredients deter me from trying it as I am not adept in using the oven at home because eversince it was bought many years ago , no one tried using the oven and even the rotisserie.
I guess Ijust have to buy a granola bar when I passed by the supermarket tonight after our dismissal from work. Surely, it will not be as delicious s yours but I am sure it will satisfy my craving, elicited by this post and picture of yours. ha ha ha
