There is also offered like that in Ph, I may include that issue tomorrow once already in Globe Office. I have the same problem. My speed sometimes goes as low as 20 kbps. And through that I can’t even open the website anymore. And this in turn makes it a bit harder to spend time on any site. I write off line then upload.   The prob is often the image… to download the image and then paste it. Once I just grabbed a previous image.
