Constipation is a frustrating problem but instead of medicines, we can treat it in a natural way. I too had this problem when I was young. I was given some medicines temporarily and advised yo take a lot of fiber-rich foods instead of tablets and syrups. These are the foods that I am advised to take- oranges, banana stem, nuts and other fiber rich foods.
I hope your friend is now feeling better. I hope she is better now. We can avoid constipation by drinking lot of water, fresh juices, and fiber rich foods. This problem prevails more during winter as we will not drink enough water as we will not feel that much thirsty compared to the winter season.
Medicines are good but depending only on that will not help. If he includes taking vegetables and fruits regularly in our diet we don’t have to worry about and diseases. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
