Cely, many thanks for the reply. Can you explain how to redeem the amount? Should I write anything in the column marked as ‘To’. I did not write anything there. Just mentioned the amount I want to redeem and the balance is shown. Now it is showing Zero in the amount column in the To column there is Test.1. I could not get it.  will you please explain it?
