Gil Camporazo wrote a new post, How Truth Has Set Me Free 8 years, 6 months ago

The Bible says that the truth shall set us free. This Biblical assertation has been proved by myself when I joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sometimes in 1980. I was the first to be converted […]

    • It’s sometimes hard to accept ouyr faults or shortcomings. But if we center our thoughts towards what should matter most with our decisions, then it will definitely taske off all thge weight from our chest.

    • That is right and you are correct. We find it difficult to admit our doubts and even our shortcomings because of our nature as a person full of pride. I agree with you that if we focus our thoughts on something that is good, to something wonderful, it gives the happiness that we could ever describe it. Do you agree with that? It take us no hard time if we humble ourselves and admit our own mistakes.

    • Yes, truth has power to set free from all troubles but to follow the path of truth is very difficult in practical field. Truth and honesty bring its reward on earth sooner or later bet lie has no reward on earth and in heaven.

      John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

      John 18:37-38

Then Pilate said to him, “So you are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. For this purpose I was born and for this purpose I have come into the world—to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.” Pilate said to him, “What is truth?” After he had said this, he went back outside to the Jews and told them, “I find no guilt in him.

The merits of truth sre written below as I think…
Because you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember what you said to whom. You won’t accidentally contradict yourself.

      2. You earn the reputation as an honest person. If you are a manager, your staff members tell each other, “Our boss might be more honest about your work than you sometimes want to hear, but it’s better to know the truth.”

      3. People follow your example and are more truthful to you.

      4. Your stress level drops. You sleep better, eat better and look better.

      5. You can look at yourself in the mirror. Lying causes self-criticism and depression. Honesty causes self-confidence and pride.

      6. You are more persuasive. To be persuasive, you need to be believable. To be believable, you must be truthful.

      7. Best of all, you are trustworthy. When people can trust you, you earn their support. You need peoples’ support to reach your goals.

This is an interesting post to read about lies.. Here is the link.

Gil Camporazo wrote a new post, Hello, LiteracyBase, Can You Be Relied Upon? 8 years, 6 months ago

Hello, LiteraryBase! I have heard first this at the site where I am a member and it is introduced or mentioned by my friend who happens to be my friend here too, who raised the question: “Is Literacy Worth It?” My […]

    • I am sure that LiteracyBase would not fail on us like BBW.

I hated that site for sure, cheated on me USD$400 !!

LitreacyBase is alike Blogjob, which I like best because I am used to the wordpress format.

I have started new here, just 13 days ago, as a newbie, I must say that it is far better than other sites in terms of earning.

I mean, just look at Mykites, Bitlanders, it is hard to earn 50 cents a day. It took me 7 hours just to earn 5 cents for Mykites.

Hence, I am pending on my hopes here while I wait for Blogjob to return.

As long there are no spamming comments, no plagiarism posts, I am sure that LiteracyBase will soar higher as Alexa ranking post will increase too.

Let us just keep our finger crossed and keep posting plus commenting.

      Cheers

      • Yes, that is very true. We’re crossing our fingers that nothing amiss, nothing abuses may be made by those members who just take the advantage of the good if not the better service which LIteracyBase has even given us. We work so hard. We burn our midnight candle to come up with the best or quality blog post for everyone to read and to react. But those opportunists will just ruin it. They want to earn in the easiest way by going to the level of spamming this site, which it should in any manner not be!

      • I am on MyKites but I have posted there for awhile for I wrote like 50 or so postings and only earned like $1.21. I liked it there for I wrote a lot of alphabet poems there, but I need to find sites like LiteracyBase, BJ when rewards come back, myLot and I did start on educationforum since I did study education through doctorate level and share my ideas. I will have to take my chances on that one after I some reviews. I will just have to wait and see. I also have a blogger account on Google.com.

    • Probably there are quite a number of fellow writers from another site which became famous for having unpaid redemptions. And to tell you honedtly, the promise of getting paid for the work I have done and not get paid did affect my online presence in terms of writing on such sites. It is as if hard to put trust on a site again. But I guess, not promising so much should be the key.
We, online writers must not put all our eggs in one badket. We also need to do other stuff to help us earn and not to just rely on one site.
Literacybase is one fun site. We don’t earn much but knowing thst the people are friendly and the site offers a wonderful online community, then it is all worth the time
Some of us spend time being online chatting on Facebook or Viber. We can also do the same here. It’s fun meeying new people and then we get paid!

    • Sometimes I guess it’s really hard to know whether a site is reliable or not until we try it out. I always think it’s hard to answer the question “Is it worth it?”
I guess it really depends on individual. I still think participating on some “low earning sites” worth my time, as I enjoy spending time there and I really learn a lot from those sites, and gain friendship as well.

Moreover, I don’t think we can only earn 5-10 cents a day in LiteracyBase, we can earn much more than that, especially with the revised rate per post now. Of course, I do hope the site does pay us and also can sustain for long run, so we can always spend time here interact with others, learn and earn at the same time. But, if it really does not, I am still grateful for it, as I did learn something and meet nice people on the site. So, I do not think I have any losses.

    • At least the team in Literacybase does not have the arrogance of Bubblews team.
They do not promise anything that they cannot deliver.
I just hope that the advertising revenue is sustainable for a very long time.
Hope they can get Adsense approval soon, then they will have another source of advertising revenue.

      • That is what we call sympathy. Putting yourself in the shoes of other so that you may have the feeling of being involved, of being a part of what they do, of what they really feel as being concerned to other’s well-being. Since LiteracyBase is one of the group of resources for online income, as I sense it, no advertisement is being enabled here. It is only my practical guess. I hope I am right.

    • Hi I hope this site does stay for a long time
I rally like it.Since my kite went the way of bubblews
I rally wanting this kind of style to stay.

    • I am relatively new on this site.I started March 1 after a friend from another site wrote about Literacybase.com. I got interested because she said it is easier to earn here and it really pays unlike that B site that I felt like I was scammed for my hours of blogging!

I hope this site will exist for so long.

Gil Camporazo wrote a new post, How I Made a Dollar in LiteracyBase 8 years, 6 months ago

Well, I would be honest to tell you. I found tedious to reach my first dollar earning on this site. I tried to double time if how I could make it. I tried everything from joining the forum, from giving comments, […]

    • It’s clear you’ve worked hard to earn here on LiteracyBase. I’m glad to know that you’re starting to get the hang of things, and that you can see your balance steadily climbing. Best of luck with your continued participation here!

    • yes, I agree the last line, it is no joke to get around here, LB.

If there is a easy way out, maybe a Learning Centre like Hubpages, it would be easier for newbies to handle LB without any worries.

Me too, I had trouble with earning the cents in the beginning.
But after I had reached $1, I had started to understand better with the concept of the earning, the more and lengthy your comment, you will earn more.

Same goes the blog post, more than 500, super fast earning, you reach your goal faster.

Anyway, I find your post tells us that you are alike us too,

    • Seem like you are getting better.
This blog post is definitely longer than 300 words, and I think by now, you are very near to $10.
I wonder if you have promoted the content elsewhere to get visitors?

I have experienced that. I have saved two blogs for they’re not yet ready to be submitted. When I go back in the next day, those blogs couldn’t be edited, couldn’t be opened. They’re “offline”. I thought they’re “disapproved”.

One member asked about on editing an existing blog. There I read the reply that it couldn’t be edited. It couldn’t be…[Read more]

Experienced writers don’t bother on what to write even every day. They have a ready list of the common things the people do, the businesses products, the teachers improvement, and everything. Meaning those writers are prepared, organized.

In our case as we take writing job as a past time, as a hobby, we refer to the trending issue which has…[Read more]

In my case, I have 4 pending posts, waiting for approval and two saved posts which couldn’t be opened or resubmitted. I recompose them and resubmit them. They are now a part of those 4 pending posts, waiting for approval.

In the Philippines, we celebrate Teachers’ Day on October 5 that coincides with the observation of World Teachers’ Day. It is now a law after our President Benigno Aquino signed it. During that day, we free our teachers from their daily teaching task. They are in school, but they do nothing except to be treated as a very important person. We give…[Read more]

In any manner, we couldn’t compel those who were so lukewarm about the site’s activities. Let’s guess that they’re here to earn an instant money in the fastest and easiest way. They’re absolute wrong for such assumption. In everything a person does, he has to earn it. He has to work on it. There is no such thing as free. He has to exert or to…[Read more]
