Denying yourself life necessities can be very bad for your health for sure. We are even told by health practitioners that denying oneself food can cause serious damages. I agree with you on this one. But I would ask this question, when you are depriving yourself of some things who is suffering isn’t You? Because by doing this you are not so sure that you will get what you want. You may deprive yourself and still won’t get what it is that you are looking for. So what do you do next. It makes no sense and it’s not logical at all.

Meditation is the best thing to do. I agree with you, because through it, your mind would be clear and you can manage your life well; you can see where there were flaws, where there’s strength or weakness.

That’s true

Indeed that no one can stop a person that never give up from obtaining success

This is a phrase that we have all heard all our life especially when you finish high school or college and are looking for a job, it becomes like a broken record to our ears. But again it’s easier said than done. No one has ever had it easy in life. We all have gone through hard times in life, and when struggles come out way however much we try to run from them we never get anywhere. It’s better to face the situation at hand than try to evade it. Persistence is the name of the game, when you keep persisting on something you will always get results.quitting never helped anyone. It’s better to try and fail than not try at all. Failure doesn’t mean the end of life it only means that you need to collect yourself back up and try again, because you never know that could just be the break through that you are looking for. There is a saying that goes like this NO PAIN NO GAIN! When you think about it, it actually makes a lot of sense. Because when you want to achieve something you have to go through a lot of trouble, pain, frustrations and so much more to achieve what you want to achieve. So I agree with your statement.

Smiling can also cure diseases.
-
That child in the picture must be the happiest child ever. That smile is for sure addictive I just found myself smiling when I looked at it. Smiling is a great way of keeping ones heart happy and full of joy always. Smiling chases away blues. When you smile you can be sure that you will make someone else also smile. Smiling also makes your muscles relax you cannot have tensed up muscles when you smile. I like what you have said that smiling makes people trust you more. That’s new to me but if I can look at my life and the people around me i realize that that statement actually makes a lot of sense. Being gloomy all the time doesn’t give people the appetite to stick around you because all they feel and see is negative energy which is an outright turn off. And also frowning makes you age faster while smiling makes you look younger everyday.

@Ngiam Kee Wei Well said. Smiling has the power to cure diseases and it will prevent any diseases from attacking us. It is as the old saying, “Laughter is the best medicine.” So, it is better to smile and get friends rather than being gloomy and create negative energy. Thanks for reading. 🙂

@Anitah Gimase When I was searching for pictures of a smile this particular kid just stole my heart. I mean just a look at that face made my day to be happy and energetic all day. We were like this when we were kids too. We didn’t have any priorities, or work or nothing so we were able to give a heart warming smile just like the kid in that picture. I liked you said you have earned a lot of friends because of smiling and it is true in my case too. I always smile a lot even while waiting for a traffic signal at random people. Why because is this will create a positive feeling for both you and to the person you are smiling. A simple smile will make someone’s day positive and happy. We will also feel contented and fresh. Thank you for reading. 🙂
