This is a big industry in our country of hair styling and other allied services. What I found is it is too costly. Once someone goes for these facilities there are several sittings and one needs to go there for the upkeep of their hair. This ends up draining lots of money from ones earnings. Anything if done in moderation is fine otherwise we are asking for trouble.
Best thing is to go for home remedies and use remedies which are easily available and show immediate results. Like using the aloe vera, leaves of hibiscus mashed, henna or other such things and apply the same to ones hair especially during weekends as this process takes some time and needs to be done at a slow and calm pace. Using shampoo I have found in some cases it triggers dandruff problem too. Take care.

Yes, that is a good reminder for everyone. We depended so much on electronic devices. I may have lots of backups to different storage such as computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, external hard disk, flash drive, email, cloud storage and other electronic devices, but I often forgot to make a backup to a paper or notebook, which is the most reliable if the power and battery runs out. It’s always smart to have a backup data on paper. Thank you for this useful post.

Yes, we rely too much on storing everything electronically and forget the fact that something could happen and we might need some hard paper storage. Paper is harder to lose then information that is on a computer or phone.

It does not affect my sleeping pattern even if I drink coffee after dinner.
Maybe I am just used to it. -
As per the recent research of Stanford university Dept., of Health and Immunity Coffee is good for health Persons taking coffee are less prone to cancer…of course this may look weird. So, Coffee has nothing to do with our sleep. It actually lowers the Blood pressure and de-stresses our body and mind. It rejuvenates our emotions and gives fresh outlook towards problems.
I am also a coffee lover. But, I drink only in the morning that too my brand ‘BRAZILIAN COFFEE’ AND this is enough to feel the taste remaining for hours together. During night also I take coffee. If I sit to work I will be preparing it by myself and spend some time for relaxation, My peculiar habit is I do not get sleep till I complete the project that is taken up. As soon as I finish it I immediately go to bed and will get up sharp by 4.30. The day for me starts from 4.30 in the morning. Generally, I go to sleep at 1.30 or sometimes 2.00 in the night. But, it does not affect my sleep.

It is told that too much coffee increases the level of caffeine in blood. Caffeine is not good for sleep.
However, it is mental too. Once one study was done on a group of people to check whether caffeine keeps us awake. For this is study, in a party milk and coffee were served to different people. Party continued till night. Those who were served milk felt sleepy and left early where as who had coffee stayed longer. So you think coffee keeps you awake?
Well, the interesting part of the study is that, the caffeine in the coffee were extracted before serving and that same amount of caffeine was mixed to the milk.
So it’s mental!-
It could be mental also. Or maybe i just have a mind that doesn’t shut off easily. Sometimes i need to bore myself enough to actually fall asleep which is a bit hard. I always have something on my mind and i end up surfing the internet or playing a game. Then i end up staying awake even more time then i should.

Seafood sphaghetti is very really nice and healthy too! Your family will really be happy because you are exerting extra effort to make your family have something to share/eat on Sundays.
-
That sounds like a very lovely meal. I actually have not ate spaghetti in quite a long time. I do hope you enjoy your time spent looking at other recipes, and do hope you have more time to cook for your family as well.
Enjoy the rest of your day.

No doubt even I have seen people on television or Youtube having rats or mice as pets. But in my opinion having them in ones home is not advisable as they are carriers of a host of diseases. In India people especially shopkeepers and farmers have cats as rats eat the stocks of food which they have kept for sale resulting in losses to them. There is also a community in India who I know eat rats as their staple food. Since many centuries and they are tribals.
There is also a temple in Rajasthan, India where rats are worshiped and devotees take blessings of these rats there are hundreds of rats which are there in the temple and the devotees are not afraid of them. They feed them milk and also eat the offerings kept for the rats as Prasad as they consider it a holy thing as rat is the vehicle of God Ganesha the elephant headed God. Who is famous all over the world and is worshiped by devotees worldwide. I have seen this on television small children also are not afraid of these rats.
-
I don’t like it, even the sight of rats, i just can not look at it for a long time. They are carriers of leptospirosis; in their urines and poo. If you have an open wound and got in contact with it, there is the danger of having leptospirosis.
What’s happening to people nowadays? They can have guinea pigs, a cat or adopt any pet, but not rats! So weird!

Earlier I used to work and listen to music but now it is either work or just listen to music. I do not know why it has become like that with me. I tried to listen and work in between but found it difficult to do two things at a time. So now its only one thing one time. But I like music and work. Each have its importance.
One more thing I would like to share is that if I am doing some simple task like cleaning or sweeping or dusting at such times I do listen to music and do the work both of them at the same time. Music has the power to heal, make one reach spiritual heights, appreciate different genre of music and listen to ragas and compositions of various kinds. Through music if one would want to one can reach God. In India many have reached God through this path. This is called Bhakti Marg.
-
It could inspire workers to work better especially when they like the music; it prevents them from feeling sleepy or tired. I like soft music too while writing or doing some home chores.
-
I am in this school of thought. Music helps my work done faster although not so much of office work for me. At home, it works fine, while cleaning, bathing, doing the dishes, I must have my music turned on. As a matter of fact, my exercise is strictly dance cardio. There’s a connection with music for me. I listen to the lyrics which have a deep meaning. Music calms me down when I’m sad, it inspires me to do more as well. I just love music. I hope my neighbours don’t come knocking on door one day for disturbance.
-
not to me, here it irritate me and make me not abloe to work or concentrate on what im doing, im not fan for music but i like it but also not at work or while studying, i will never do it, though women able to do things at the same time and this one no for sure, thanks for the post
