I don’t know if you believe in Karma or not, but all the ups and downs that we are facing right now or in the near future are the fruits of our past deeds. Our destiny is already written and we are witnessing it happening in our lives. We have to accept all that comes round as the will of the almighty and keep on moving. Hard times and Good times are like seasons as winter and summer they come and go, you just need to bare them patiently.

While other countries are using “clean energy” sources, it is lamentable that he wanted to go back to the 50’s burning coals? Quite amusing!

Everyone says it’s more expensive, not as good as renewables; but obvious the orange clown has money invested.

It is a observation which I have observed personally and with others known to me too that when they feel for a long time and get the thought whether something which they want to go right, will it go right? Many times it has gone wrong and horribly wrong. I leaves with a sense of helplessness as that is the only word which I find can be used to describe that. It leaves scars in our mind and will continue to haunt us long after the event has taken place.
Yes it happens. It depends on ones coping mechanism and acceptance levels. One even gets this thought Why does this happen to me? There are only clear questions and more questions but no proper solutions or answers. It is better we leave that thing at that and focus on something worth thinking and can think and get solutions for it with time. But it is a bad situation going through it. It continues for days and months. Thanks for the share.

True. You become what you want to become. If you think some bad experience will come it may occur. That is why it is suggested we should always think positive. Perception is what makes us all. good day.

The word speculation is totally a misgiving. What should we speculate or why should we speculate, when this has got no specific path or direction to follow.
I work throughout the day. I know I will be paid Rs.300 per hour for my work. After the completion of the day, I am sure to get Rs.2,400/- (for eight hrs of my work). How can I speculate on that? Why should I speculate on that?
Speculation leads us towards ruination and makes us greedy which we are not eligible for.
Similarly, there will be some deduction of Rs.800/- per month from my salary. At that rate, there will be an amount of Rs.9,600 in my Govt., account. There is no place for speculation in that.Speculating something which we do not know makes us DAY DREAMING on everything and everybody knows pretty well the value and significance of life spent upon DAY DREAMING.

What sites according to you are trustful to write articles for?
-
As of this minute; this site, Mylot and possibly, Niume… although I was paid once from Niume I am not yet fully convinced
-
-
This is so true, I have tried many sites in the past some have been great some have been awful. I gave up on writing online for a while but am trying some new sites out now. This being one of them.
-
This site is pretty good. But let me warn you. if you write factual pieces the A.I. might flag you for plagiarism. For example, if you write; “Cyclone Debbie caused major damage, torrential rain and power cuts to tens of thousands of homes”. Your item will be flagged because that is how the BBC describes it.

Very well said, and it is true as we online writers had experienced. I am glad Literacybase and myLot are included in your list of trusted sites.
-
Lb and Mylot aren’t perfect but I have been paid and don’t feel particularly abused.
-

Thanks for the info. I am on two writing sites only and more active in LB. I guess it’s because I am new and yet to get paid. I have been off LB for days now, due to work. I have been so busy in the office lately, once I get home, I’m tired.
-
Tried many sites and many were fake, but still have faith
-
Have you ever enter short story writing comptions?
like what writer digest has-
I entered one at webooks which deteriorated into a zoo… because crapwriter got the most votes because he had duals and friends.

Being “politically correct” is a “convenience”; a rather unsavory form of communication which often does not communicate the truth. It sometimes “masks” the truth. The reasoning or excuse for being “politically correct” or for not speaking plainly is because someone might be “offended”. I’m not saying a person should lack tact or be diplomatic when speaking to others and be abrasive or callous and not care about the person’s feelings, beliefs, etc. But if the end result of what you’re saying is not truthful and will not provide any benefit such as, solving a problem, reaching an understanding, etc., then … you might as well SHUT UP! Cause you just flapping your mouth and ain’t saying nothing!

It is a good thing to do one thing at a time as has been stated in the article. But in today’s time and age it is proving to be a difficult thing to do as many other things also come and seek our attention at that particular moment. If we do not attend to them then we will have to give explanations as to why we could not attend to that work on time as was required. But it is proved that doing one thing at a time is the right approach for our health in the long term.
What we can do is we can tell people if we are attending to a work we will not be taking something new. This if it is maintained and developed as a habit in the long run will help us. And others will also understand what we are trying to say. As they would have got used to us by now. This is how it works. But there are many things on which we do not have control. That is a different issue to tackle in this case. Thanks for the share.
