For healthier body, you should bear in mind these two things: 70 percent in diet and 30 percent in physical activity. I don’t do well in diet because I am not that fat person so I just need to maintain my naturally slim body built. I have been doing some physical activity like karate when I was younger, running activity until now. But I am not as active as I were. Three years ago I run 3 to 5 times every morning but today I can barely make it once a week. I am trying biking because I think with my age now, this is the best exercise for me. |

Android phone of course. Well, I have no iPhone so I guess this is the credible reason why I picked the android phones over iPhone. Anyway, base from what I heard and read, iPhone now seems bit late in introducing their apps and gadgets like the bluetooth headphone because android had already using it. But if given the chance, I would really love to experience owning an iPhone so I can write my reviews to it. |

My cravings right now is to feel what are you feeling right now, the happiness. I have not yet experience and tried redeeming in Literacy Base but I think its my activity that pending me. Surely I am, I remember to play toy gun made from wood. You know the ratatatat sounds, the sound like an armalite. That was such a memory of my childhod. Then the toy car which is really the best toy we can have during the childhood. We are so happy children then. Running and chasing each other and said ‘bang’ ‘bang’. That is how we play, playing the role of the soldier or a policeman. |

What are you saying is that even when you are just making replies here you can make that $1. Then, if we add more the articles that we post here, that would be great, isn’t it? I think its the other way around for me. I prefer to call the other person than text them because i think its more ease to use the phone rather than texting which is longer. |

Maybe, and maybe, when there is death penalty in the Philippines, there is no this great problem on drugs. People are just brave enough to sell and trade shabu and marijuana and other kinds of illegal drugs because even when they are caught, they can still do transaction inside the jails. But when President Duterte assumed office, the drastic action of his government just get too much attention because of his actions. In the end, its the killings that really threaten other drug personalities in the country. |

I don’t know, maybe those fantasy stories and epic that I love to read when I was still a little child. I have read the stories of Bernardo Carpio, Biag ni Lam-ang, and other that mobilize my imagination. Look at me now, I am a writer and I can write fiction narrative story. I remember when I was a child I really love reading books even though we are living in the remote rural area of the Bicolandia. |

Cheer competition is not my kind of competition because I am more to running competition. Maybe I will also be into biking and dreaming to become a part of triathlon. I love to watch cheerdance competition but I did not try participate in it. |

This is the bad side of the chemical medicine, its the side effects. I think all manufactured chemically medicine have their own distinctive side effects. Its so happen the stronger the medicine the stronger its side effects. But we have no choice but take it because it said can cure us and we do not want the herbal medicines, traditional medicines and faith healing. |

So I guess, many people would participate in Yoga International day because it would give their body the chance of being sound and active.
