If I had to choose between an all meat diet versus an all vegetarian diet, I would choose vegetarian. For survival reasons, if nothing else. You don’t have to hunt your food down and kill it. You can eat it raw and often don’t need to use a knife or other eating utensil. You can leave it on the tree and not worry about food storage or spoilage. There are all kinds of good reasons to be vegetarian. But I’m still not a vegetarian. However, I have modified my diet to include more vegetables and less meat.
I gave up all non-vegetarian food in 2004 and do not miss anything including my most favorite dish the Tandoori Chicken.
killing animal like killing plants, and there is lots of vitamins and menirals that are in animals not in the vegetarian, I am not against vegetarin but its life style eveyone eats what they like, but to say that is healthy its not true because there and that is just an example, there are type of protein that human body needs it , that is not in plant, also some type of iron that is in animal only. So there are healhty vegetarian you and healthy meat, you can not live eating only one of them. or you will have some health issues, balance is required in everything, life , work , food and everything, though nice post , but human needs both source of food as vegetable and fruits and also animal meats. I can not imagine my self eat only vegetable food or just fruits. thanks for the effort in the post, a good day
