@PEEUSH TRIKHA
Yes, in everything , the key is moderation.
Taking of drugs in excess can make us sick or addicted to it.
Overeating of oranges in a day can result to stomachache.
Just eat one or two everyday so you can reap it’s health benefits. And this is true with all kind of foods.

Yes @rebelwoman06 we need to eat things in moderation, even good foods like Veggies, fruits and Milks. For e.g- If we eat 10 oranges in a day, it is also something that can cause us some kind of a trouble!
I think the best way is to eat natural, fresh foods like fresh vegetables and fruits. We ought to take care of food combinations like not eating milk with fish, or meat. Avoid curds with pickles. Do not eat too much refined flour products like cake,pastries, samosas(Indian fried stuff). Consumption of Pizzas, burgers ought to be within…[Read more]

Well, now a days, most of us try to take care of our health, diet and activity. Yet there are times, when our brain tells us not to eat something that is good in taste but not so good for our health, yet we do indulge in eating it. I recently had a “Tiramisu” – an Italian sweet dessert(I read it has coffee, cream, bread and cakes as ingredients),…[Read more]

Yes caleb, Just checked the post on MTurk. I am on Mturk and Swagbucks too. But most of the Indian users don’t have much regional tasks from these sites. But yes, they are worth it, if non regional task is assigned there. It’s fun and also makes a good earning. Though it’s not much but it’s definitely worth spending time there. I am going to check…[Read more]

I personally have registered or signed up with swagbucks, cashcrate, inboxdollars, etc. But the sad part of it is, signing in in very hard. And most of the offers, surveys, opinions, etc. target USA, and continents other than Africa. When I sent my complaint, the reply was “producers target the US market only”. So, it looks like no way People from…[Read more]

It has been advised by the Doctors that sometimes combination of two things could be bad for our health. While taking milk, one should not consume citrus fruit with milk, except Phyllanthus emblica, also known as emblic, emblic myrobalan, myrobalan, Indian gooseberry. Also, honey and clarified butter should not be consumed together.

Yes, both has to go through same set of tests. Not only for Thalassaemia but also other diseases and blood group compatibility. Especially in India, marriage is fixed by caste, gotra etc; they should give priority for blood test.
