I think every one has fear of something but fear is not a part of human nature. Eve did not fear eating the fruit of forbidden tree, why? Fear is state of despondency in practical life. A fearful person cannot get progress in life due to hidden fears that is why men must be free of fears on all actions.
For example: if you do wrong thing at…[Read more]

In this post I’m going to show you how to get more traffic to your website using a simple 4-step formula.
You’ll also see real life examples of how I used this formula to take Backlinko to 119k unique visitors per month.
Let’s dive right in…
Unless you describe your target customers as “influential bloggers and journalists”, your target audience isn’t going to share your content.
And if they don’t share your content, you’re not going to increase traffic to your website.
There’s a simple reason for that:
Your target customers don’t run websites in your niche!
For example:
The content on my old nutrition site was aimed at people looking to lose weight.
My target audience? They loved it.
Unfortunately, the influencers in my niche — like health and fitness bloggers — thought my content was way too basic and “rapid fire”.
These influential people share in-depth articles.
That’s one of the reasons Steve Kamb at NerdFitness succeeded where I failed.
His in-depth, 3,000-word blog posts…
After you know exactly who the influencers in your space are, it’s time to figure out what they care about.
Because once you understand which topics push their buttons, you can create content that appeals to them.
Example:
A few years ago I created an infographic for a client in the investing niche.
Even though that niche is far from “interesting”, our infographic went viral. We’re talking thousands of targeted visits in the first two days.
In my experience, content largely succeeds or fails based on one factor:
Whether or not the content has Share Triggers.
What are Share Triggers?
They’re scientifically-backed psychological principles that — when embedded in your content — encourage people to share and link.
Also, Share Triggers give your content that “WOW!” factor that turns cold traffic into leads and customers.
A lot of these principles were first discovered by behavioral scientists like Dr. Jonah Berger, Dr. Katherine Milkman and Jure Leskovec.
Right now, I want you to do one thing:
Get started with this process.
Specifically, I want you to leave a comment that describes the influencers in your niche…and the topics they tend to talk about and share.
As you just learned, this is the first step to increasing traffic.
For example:
If you sell supplements for athletes, your comment might look like:
Influencers: Fitness blogs and journalists that cover nutrition research.
So leave a comment and let me know what you think.

Yes, exercise is a fun if we do it daily as a routine habit in any park or ground. The best way to make exercise a habit is to start with an exercise that is so easy that you can do it even when you are running low on willpower and motivation. In the words of Leo Babauta, start with something that is so easy you can’t say no.
The typical approach to diet and exercise is to focus on results first. Most people start with some type of goal. “I want to lose 20 pounds in the next 4 months.” Or, “I want to squat 50 pounds more six months from now.”
I think this is the wrong approach. It’s better to focus on the system rather than the goal.
What matters most in the beginning is establishing a new normal and building a new routine that you will stick to; not the results that you get. In other words, in the first 6 months it is more important to not miss workouts than it is to make progress. Once you become the type of person who doesn’t miss workouts, then you can worry about making progress and improving.

I have a big problem on how to get a better signal or connection with my laptop. My laptop’s brand is HP. When I open and get ready to connect it with my wifi modem, it couldn’t be connected. I check the connection. It is okay. I check its availability. It is also okay. Then, I click the Network which says available. I receive a prompt connecting. Then by and by it disconnects. I try several times the same situation. I check my phone. It is okay. It is connected to the wife. I check the phone of my son, and other members of my family, they have it.
I have no choice but to give up. My son told me to use the USB cable to connect as a LAN. I try and it gets connected through Ethernet. I don’t understand this thing, Ethernet. Now what I receive is no longer “connecting” but “connected”. However, the problem of disconnection persists when I disconnect the LAN cord from the laptop. I couldn’t connect to the modem. I even try to update its wifi driver but it is of no use. Is there something wrong with my laptop wifi driver? As I have said I have already upgraded it.
