For me it was very low amount. May be few cents only, not whole $. Even for that one I was very happy as it was very long time ago. Now I am doing well with help of some good friends.

That means now they don’t support for our country. I guess we can’t earn their either. I am not sure though. I mean if it is not available on our store for our country that means they don’t want us to be their users.
