Between fish allergies and the fact that hubby really dislikes anything but commercially prepared fish and chips, I haven’t cooked with cod in years. I think I will get some soon, though, and try your recipe. I know my kids will like it!

This is my favorite. However, my wife who knows best of my food’s favorite has prepared this for me alone. My children, my grandchildren have a different food preference.

Every time I attend a conference which is serving food for us, this kind of food preparation I always look for.
