    • I am very happy that senior is appointed as coach of the new team in India really I am very on this he will make better the new coming team. Anil Kumble was appointed as new India cricket team coach by BCCI president Anurag Thakur after his name was recommended by cricket advisory committee members Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar and VVS Laxman. He will take over the role for a period of one year.

Kumble has served as mentor for Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians in the IPL. Questions will be raised over his appointment given the lack of experience at the top level.
He comes in as first coach since Duncan Fletcher’s contract expired after the was axed in 2014. Ravi Shastri was officially the ‘Team Director’ after the Zimbabwean.

It is always important to have workout for fit body. But some people don’t like more tuff exercising, that’s why they also avoid going for gyms. They don’t want more stress during physical exercising so they just […]

    • @Anand Padhiar Those are truly activities that can besides improving one’s health would also raise one’s spirits – adding also to one’s peace and happiness.

    • Thanks Ananad for some of the tips, I enjoyed your tips because I am in some of them myself.

    • Very nice post, I learned a lot the tips you shared here.I always spend 30 minutes dancing to maintain my figure.I also spend 45 minutes walking at four hours interval classroom to classroom.

    • Yes, exercise is a fun if we do it daily as a routine habit in any park or ground. The best way to make exercise a habit is to start with an exercise that is so easy that you can do it even when you are running low on willpower and motivation. In the words of Leo Babauta, start with something that is so easy you can’t say no.

The typical approach to diet and exercise is to focus on results first. Most people start with some type of goal. “I want to lose 20 pounds in the next 4 months.” Or, “I want to squat 50 pounds more six months from now.”

I think this is the wrong approach. It’s better to focus on the system rather than the goal.

What matters most in the beginning is establishing a new normal and building a new routine that you will stick to; not the results that you get. In other words, in the first 6 months it is more important to not miss workouts than it is to make progress. Once you become the type of person who doesn’t miss workouts, then you can worry about making progress and improving.

    Plan for your future
There would be very few that do not understand the value of financial planning for his happy future life even after his retirement from job or from other earning activities. Financial […]

    • Everyone wants to have a good and beautiful future in their lives and the only way that someone would do that is by saving up for it. I see people in my country at least trying to get into retirement plans that will help them in the future. Others will go into investments, like investing in real estate, or small business that can bring in a daily income. That helps a lot because that way it’s hard for someone to say that they do not have money at anytime. Others will get insurance for their health, because we all get sick at some point, and old age is a place that we may dread to go but we will eventually get there. In old age a lot of money is needed to take care of old people because they constantly have to go for check up, getting insurance is the best way to go knowing that it will help a lot towards medical bills and drugs. Like if I can take me as an example right now am in the process of even planning for my future. Am trying to put up a business, that can bring me some income and some few other things so that when I get to my retirement age I can take care of me and my family.

These days people uses wifi router to share their internet at home so that they can use the same internet from multiple devices. This is good idea if you are having multiple users at your home who use internet. If […]

    • I have a big problem on how to get a better signal or connection with my laptop. My laptop’s brand is HP. When I open and get ready to connect it with my wifi modem, it couldn’t be connected. I check the connection. It is okay. I check its availability. It is also okay. Then, I click the Network which says available. I receive a prompt connecting. Then by and by it disconnects. I try several times the same situation. I check my phone. It is okay. It is connected to the wife. I check the phone of my son, and other members of my family, they have it.

I have no choice but to give up. My son told me to use the USB cable to connect as a LAN. I try and it gets connected through Ethernet. I don’t understand this thing, Ethernet. Now what I receive is no longer “connecting” but “connected”. However, the problem of disconnection persists when I disconnect the LAN cord from the laptop. I couldn’t connect to the modem. I even try to update its wifi driver but it is of no use. Is there something wrong with my laptop wifi driver? As I have said I have already upgraded it.

suny wrote a new post, The problem of waste plastic in sea water 8 years, 2 months ago

    Plastic Problem in Sea Water
Do any of you remember the British Petroleum disaster of Gulf of Mexico oil spill in 2010? It was then much discussed the issue on a regular basis and still going. Now, that the […]

    • Yes, it is our duty to protect sea creatures from the dangers of plastic waste as UK petroleum companies are wasting their waste in the sea water due to which sea creatures are in danger.

To save sea creatures it is our all’s duty to reduce the effects of climate change on the ocean by leaving the car at home when you can and being conscious of your energy use at home and work. A few things you can do to get started today: Switch to compact fluorescent light bulbs, take the stairs, and bundle up or use a fan to avoid oversetting your thermostat.

We must keep in mind that all life on Earth is connected to the ocean and its inhabitants. The more you learn about the issues facing this vital system, the more you’ll want to help ensure its health—then share that knowledge to educate and inspire others.

Many institutes and organizations are fighting to protect ocean habitats and marine wildlife. Find a national organization and consider giving financial support or volunteering for hands-on work or advocacy. If you live near the coast, join up with a local branch or group and get involved in projects close to home. We all must help them in protecting the sea and its creatures.

suny wrote a new post, Do you really benefit shopping through apps? 8 years, 2 months ago

We all are so flooded with discount offers on different shopping sites or bill payment, discounted traveling through apps and online shopping using certain credit and debit cards and of course mobile apps […]

    • Shopping through apps is enjoyable and useful for men an women because it is not easy for the newbie because it requires skill and mind to know who to make shopping through apps.

Whether you’re looking to snag some great deals, stay on top of the latest trends, or just browse, we have an app for that. In honor of the approaching holiday season — and the massive amount of shopping you’re likely about to do — we’ve rounded up some of the best shopping apps for iOS and Android. These are good year-round, but they should especially come in handy during the upcoming holiday rush.

Despite all our advances in machine learning and artificial intelligence in recent years, mobile shopping is still stuck in the Dark Ages, where comparison shopping between retailers is messy and not intuitive. With Mona,

your AI-powered personal shopping assistant learns your style preferences by analyzing your feedback and emails regarding previous purchases. That way, she can more accurately recommend new items from partnered retailers that match your look, search for pieces that fit your criteria on price and design, as well as alert you of new price drops and sales.

    • This is exactly what I have noticed while using the Apps. I purchased some items in a grocery shop and finally when I paid the paid there was some discount that was given on certain items which I did not notice However, I was not denied that. I was profited without my knowledge But, most of the times the offers will be tricky Here when we notice such offers we should immediately take the help of Apps and search whether there are any better offers available for the same items in any others Malls or shops. Once it is there, we definitely avoid purchasing those items in that Mall. Here a comparative statement of products along with the offers will save some money for the customers like us.
The concept of “upto” is very tricky. Many people have lost the opportunity of being benefited by ignoring to read it with a little bit of patience There also the words will be given in tricky places using tricky colors. Of course, these are some marketing techniques which can not be questioned but once they are noticed at some other places the customer will be more vigilant to go for those products and he would definitely leave no scope of contacting another Mall as to the offer using his mobile App.
