The person you have mentioned ie., Bill Gates is a business man. His idea is to earn and become rich. One will not become rich without spending. He spent the money and became rich. Providing jobs to the educated, and unemployed are a part of his earning which are inevitable and unavoidable in the process of his earning. Even though he does want he has to provide jobs and expand his business. The social activities he is taking up are automatic . Though he does not want any credit for having providing so many jobs he gets appreciations from all corners of the world. His concept of becoming rich is linked now to his social activity, and social welfare measures. He already reached his goal and the titles, awards, and rewards are now becoming a routine for him.
At the same time we should not forget his hard work and the dynamic activity he has taken towards becoming the rich person. He worked hard, and continued to work hard even when others were tired and relinquished their effort. He started from where others have stopped. That is the effect of his positive thinking. Only a few people will have such determination and the success will come to their doorstep even without their notice.

Sitting and thinking about ideas is great, but one has to put some action -a LOT of action- together with those ideas in order to make money.

I really don’t think that people who DON’T work hard make a lot of money. On the contrary, most people who make a lot of money do a whole lot of work.
